I am at rajputpqra para branch ..I am here for collecting my parsal but they says I can't give parsal because of he have no work time...it's a bed service bed minded people on this branch..customers hate thats type of courier service...

I had sent the parcel to Mira Road but it is not reached. I booked from baroda. booked on 8th September 21 but now it's 10 days But not able to get reply

On 3rd of sept 2021 I have Courier my products in Gujarat but till now my customer hasn't received it. I humbly request to Anjani courier that plz give me update of my product my tracking ID is [protected] hope I'll give me positive update asap.

Your website not showing proper tracking details it's very disappointing matter and and you have not proper place to complaint ...it has been 15 days and still not delivered my parcel...

My parcel booked in Nagpur to Cuttack Odisha as on date 12/08/21 . And my AWB NUMBER is [protected] still date I am not receiving my parcel.

I have not my courier which tracking number is [protected] and delivery address is Ultratech Cement Ltd subdistrict-Thasara, Dist- Kheda(Wanakbori Thermal Power plant) near balasinor gujrat pin 388245.
But online show Ahmedabad to borada and not delivered till now.
service provider at Ahmedabad, baroda and Balasinor don't know about anything.
So please look into the matter seriously and take necessary action as soon as possible.

My consignment dispatched on 29.07.21 but didn't delivered at detonation place yet in 13.08.2021. Consignment no. [protected] with promise to deliver within four days. Online traking is also not showing any status.

Parcel reached Mandideep Anjani Courier office on 12th Aug'21. It was an important parcel. Docket number. The contact number [protected]. Please take action against this agency in Mandideep if you want to improve our services. Otherwise Anjani Courier will always have the same cheap courier but extremely poor services courier company.

My parcel is showing dispatched for muzaffarpur centre on 28/7/21, on 11/8/21 i called Mr .Ritesh kr singh on [protected] but he was not ready to listen matter he gave me muzaffarpur centre number and behaved very rude. I called kamal jha in muz who instead of cooperating advised me to call again after 10 am ..only then he will listen and cut my call . I tried calling again but he dint receive.
Such pathetic service and behaviour of agents are highly objectionable.

This is a fraud courier service, they have collected my research sample and specimen which was rare and vital. I booked it from Coimbatore to Delhi with docket number [protected]. They took the money and didn't deliver the parcel. Even after many calls also, they didn't respond properly. All the time they lied and gave many excuses finally stop taking my call. This message is for public for not to believe or transact thrrough this agency.

I dispatched the parcel on 9th July and today is 29th
I dispatched the parcel from Rajkot to Surat but still the parcel has not reached Surat
It's been 20 days and in tracking its showing that it's reached but yet not reached

My client send me a courier to me from ahmedabad on 22nd July.it reached chennai on 23rd .today’s date was 27th.I called local office in parsons complex and ask the status .he said today only they got my courier with 10mins it will get delivered at 5.47pm.but it’s more than two hours I called them again and ask about the status he said within 8pm it will get delivered.kindly note this is not first time for me .it’s already happened tats y I stopped my company not to send courier through anjaani courier.only I’m receiving the courier from anjaani.from aftnoon I’m asking who is the delivery person having my parcel by 7’o clk they said it was with Prabhu (delivery person).already we had a bad experience with him bcoz of him only we stopped sending courier through anjaani, we called him and asked already this was happened to us by you .y ur doing this what’s ur problem with our company .For that he was used bad words and said I will see how your getting this parcel.again we received a call from anjaani courier office and said our MD wants to ask sorry or otherwise courier they will not get deliver. We said we will see officially and disconnected the call.is this the way they are doing customer service .without proper deliver person how they are doing the service . We was frustrated with their service.

But not give positively response and at 20.00hrs your deliveryman from go to wrong address at Ahinsa nagar & my delivery address mitranagar. Your deliveryman not check delivery address and go to wrong delivery address. He told to me today he late so given delivery next day 22.07.21.
On dated 22.07.21 I called to your delivery office and deliveryman so many times but not give response. At last your deliveryman given delivery on 22.07.21 at 17.00hrs after the closing market.
Sir i have booked parcel for receive material timely but your aurangabad delivery office given a delivery to me 29hrs after arrived parcel to your delivery office.

On 21st june 2021, Parcel booked in Ahmedabad and on 24th it reached Chennai. Delivery location kk nagar, chennai. No update in tracking site after 24th. Then i contacted them on july 1st, 2021 they said it's in delivery process. Then today july 5th again called they are shouting and didn't properly responding about the parcel at all. How can they shout at the customer ?

I booked a parcel in Gujarat for Ujjain but they are not delivering in Ujjain. And they are very rude. Worst customer service ever. They refused to take my complaint on call. They were dismissive and absolutely disrespectful, I regret not recording the phone call for future complaints.
I will never use this company ever

Very poor service.
Firstly they promised to deliver the courier within 5 days from Pune district to a district in MP, I told them to address pincode as well.
Later they called same day saying can't deliver to my to address as they don't provide service there (Then why didn't tell that while booking in first place).
I gave them a new address where they told they deliver.
I checked after 8 days because my parcel didn't reach. The package left from Bhopal three days ago, as per their tracking service, but didn't reach destination (Pipariya) in three days, which is 150 km away.
I called to check, the guy who picked was very rude and told me it sometimes takes weeks to reach Pipariya from bhopal (I don't get how is that possible), then he gave a number of destination office.
When I called Pipariya office guy, he said today morning the parcel might have received as truck reached from bhopal today (how is that possible?? three days for 150 km??).
I said - okay, so deliver it today.
He replied - will check tomorrow, but won't deliver to home.
After hearing this I was speechless for few seconds.
Then I said, Okay then, My guy will collect today itself, give him the courier.
He said, he is not in office, will go to office if he wish to go, and will call then.
Then he disconnected the phone.

What kind of behavior is this.

Firstly you guys to understand that you are keeping customers belongings and promise to deliver.
You got only one work to do that too you are not able to do, and speaking rudely and not providing information.
This business is going to hell.
I am not going to deal with Anjani Courier in future.

It's been a week and my parcel is not delivered which was sent from 150kms only. When I tracked it's sitting on the Sabarmati branch for the last 3 days. No one picks up calls. I think I will have to go there myself to pick it up. Worst service ever.

I had shipped 2 dozen mangoes from Pune but received 15 mangoes only. 9 mangoes were missing from the parcel.
The weight of the parcel when shipped was 7kg but received 4kg.

I want a claim for the missing item

With the reference to Doc no-[protected], we af enterprises request you to take immediate action and deliver the proudct.

We talked to anjani courier, he told me that we dont deliver prodouct to ordanance factory.if you dont deliver then why you accept the product.

Such a pathetic way to deal with the customer.

we are doing B2B BUSINESS if you will not deliver then order will get cancel.

we have given the reciever number but courier agaency told me that we dont call him.

please take immediate action and do the needful.

Worst courier service. The staff including the managers is really very frustrated. They shout at the customers if you call them instead of answering their query and give no answer in case courier doesnt reach. The company should definitely close down soon. No customer care number. A piece of advice for the company management that they should take appropriate steps and decide on how to shut this company and should not make any further delay in this. 🤣

Worst service and very bad behaviour towards customer rude and harsh way of talking even they deny to come at your door to deliver, call you and told you to come and recieve your item...I have never such kind of behaviour and services with any other courier services

I booked documents bearing no. [protected] dated 04.03.21 from your Golaghat branch but till now doct no. not shown in your tracking site. I asked to guwahati and golaghat persons regularly from 09.03.21 but there is no response from that side. kindly comfirm my documents status as soon as early.

Parcel from Ludhiana to Ahmadabad
From last 20 day's I don't receive my product.. And nobody answered me.. That where is my parcel..

Parcel is not received yet but in status it shows delivered what to do now

In spite of giving this courier service ample business (Vansda branch, Gujarat), they have messed up my deliveries completely and even if they don't have a courier branch in a certain place, they have been accepting couriers so that they can pocket the money.
10 of my couriers were returned due to which I lost a lot of business and received many customer complaints.
They re-sent some of my couriers after taking extra money from me and re-sent it through DTDC couriers where my couriers were opened and items went missing from 3 packages!
This happened during Diwali. After I spoke to the person who manages their branch here, he re-assured that this would not occur again.
2 weeks ago, I sent another parcel to Bengaluru and asked them to re-check whether they will deliver to that pincode. After re-assuring that they will, I sent the courier. It was a very important courier to an important client (who I have lost business with because of this courier service). The items are worth Rs. 4000 in the package and it has still not been delivered to my client. The courier person in charge did not inform me that the courier was returned as the Bengaluru office sent it back as they do not have a delivery office for that pincode! Tracking no: [protected].
The Vansda branch person in charge re-sent it via another courier without telling me and it has still not reached my client! I have had to hear enough, provide a refund and re-send products to my client worth Rs. 4000. I am going to stop using their service entirely for my business and would want a refund for at least this package. I let go the Diwali mismanagement, inefficiency and negligence of Shree Anjani Couriers during Diwali for my business, but it has now reached a point where I am losing a lot of business, money, and getting a bad name because of this courier service. I would like a full refund and compensation for the Bengaluru courier sent and would also like to state that if the courier service was to continue in the Vansda branch, it cannot do so with the kind of haphazard management which they have here!
