Received damage quality of cement by distributor...

Dear Sir,
we have received the material through DTDC Courier ( Docket No : D[protected], the material found in damaged condition and also shortage.

So kindly speak with DTDC concern person regarding transit insurance for reclaiming material value.

I am leaving in Shinoli, Tal- Ambegaon, Dist- Pune, Pincode- 410516, I was at mumbai for my work and when I returned my whole house was painted with advertisment of SHREE JANGRODHAK CEMENT and the dealer is Rajendra Jayntilal Shah didn't get my permission for the same. My mother has given him warning in past but then also he did the same again. Shree Cement Company is not cooperating with me in this matter and they are saying that it is dealers matter but the dealership is given by the Shree Cement to the Rajendra Jayantilal Shah, so it is your responsibility to solve the matter.

I used roopon cement of your company for construction of roof nd beams of my under construction house in presence of your lab engineer sh. Pradeep kumar.
But i observed that there is heavy leakage through the roof where this cement has been used. Also dpc beams have been cracked at several points.
I have invested my hard earned money into the construction of this house nd i trusted your company for cement but as of now the results are not very satisfactory. I still hope for some kind of solution to my problem

This is a customer service related complaint which is being raised due to severe laxity in providing services by the dealer.
We have been buying cement from bangur for our project and have by now purchased close to 15, 000 (Fifteen thousand bags) but facing the untimely delivery of the product will prompt us to take steps to mitigate the costs which we incur on daily basis.
On 12th september, 2018 a cheque no. 17397 was delivered as an advance payment with a mutual understanding that the cement is available and will be delivered to us shortly. The cheque was issued taking note of the assurance given for early delivery. However yesterday the delivery had been made, after the lapse of one month which is resulting in the losses in terms of time and labour, more-over confirm us whether the company can supply material or not. It is requested that appropriate action be taken with urgency as, the absence of same will force us to take steps that are not in the best interests of the mutual trust and bond which has been established.

Acme prestress e - 52 sotanala industrial area behror has received 1000 bags of ppc cement vide invoice no. 67497 and 67498 dt. 5. 9. 15.
The cement is of no use and is simply clay / mud.
We have purchased at least 1. 0 lac ton from your company in last 2 - 3 years but this is the first time.
Pl. Send some technical person and arrange to lift back.

We are submit the following Complaint by E-mail to Mr. D S Rathore & Mr. Arun Sharma Oct-13, 2012 But till Today we hare not Response from Shree Cement Ltd.



As we received your account statement , we found following discrepancies in account statement.
1. On dt. 22.01.2011 shown Inv. No.: 752751 Billing Amt. 114001.56 & for payment on dt.25.03.2011 Rs.100000.00 & dt. 29.03.2012 Rs.14000.00

But it is surprised to us that the above mentioned accounting entries are not belongs to us neither we received the cement bags for the same.
Please check your accounting & informed to us that where the vehicle for same invoice is unloaded & please arrange to send us the rectified account statement from[protected] to tilltoday.

Reg.: Transfer of My PF in wrong account (Amounting Rs.56,992/-).

Ref: 1) Letter from PF OFFICE: Øekad% [protected]@m{[protected]@tks/[protected]@ys[kk 'kk[[protected]@[protected]@[protected]@[protected]@25 fnukad% 9 October, 2009.

2) My NEW PF NO.: RJ/17152/00001961

Respected Sir,

In reference to the PF transfer form submitted by us to the PF department recently, I received a letter from PF office bearing No. Øekad% [protected]@m{[protected]@tks/[protected]@ys[kk 'kk[[protected]@[protected]@[protected]@[protected]@25 fnukad% 9 October, 2009, (attached with this letter) regarding transferring of my PF amount of Rs.56,992/- from my previous PF account bearing No.RJ/8617/1411 to PF Account No. RJ/17152/192. But my present PF Account No. is RJ/17152/00001961.

So my PF Amount of Rs.56,992/- is wrongly transferred to PF A/C No. PF Account No. RJ/17152/192 instead of which it should be transferred to my new PF Account No. RJ/17152/00001961.

Kindly do the needful please.
