I have booked plot in shree city2 project jaipur ajmer express highway. At the time of booking sales executive told me after completion of installment company will handover the registry of plot. I have paid my all installment but still i have not received registry of plot. Now ace group executive is saying due to delay of project will give you the registry after 1.5 years. We purchased a residential plot on 8th March, 2013. We have been requesting them for a site visit but they always advised us to delay the same. We visited the site on our own and to our surprise we did not find any sign board of the Project anywhere.There was no sign board of Shreecity -1 Project either anywhere around, which was told to us as an adjacent Project, completed sometime back, by the marketing personnel.
