builders not given registry to consumer
Hi,
I have booked plot in shree city2 project jaipur ajmer express highway. At the time of booking sales executive told me after completion of installment company will handover the registry of plot. I have paid my all installment but still i have not received registry of plot. Now ace group executive is saying due to delay of project will give you the registry after 1.5 years. Its completely fraud. I request to government body to take action against the company and provide justice to us.
Please provide the details of legal case if anybody have done in consumer court.

We purchased a residential plot on 8th March, 2013. We have been requesting them for a site visit but they always advised us to delay the same. No sign of Progress at the claimed Site by the company

We purchased a residential plot and made the first payment on 8th March, 2013. We kept on making the payments as per their schedule and have made the full payment.
We have been requesting them for a site visit but they always advised us to delay the same.
We visited the site on 7th Feb., 2015 on our own and to our surprise we did not find any sign board of the Project anywhere.There was no sign board of Shreecity -1 Project either anywhere around, which was told to us as an adjacent Project, completed sometime back, by the marketing personnel.
There is undeveloped land with some fencing but it could not be ascertained that the land belonged to the said Project.
There was just one person deputed there, perhaps due to our prior intimation to ACE 's Delhi office reg the visit.
No other activity could be seen anywhere around.
Even the website of ACE Townplanners does not show Shreecity 2 and Celebrity City Projects under on going category or the future projects category. Just one Project named Heritage Farms can be seen in their Website.
We also purchased one residential plot and few commercial plots in their Celebrity City Project of ACE Townplanners.
Even for this Project we could not find any sign board at the claimed site.
The directors and managers of ACE, New Delhi, do not pick-up phone calls nor they reply to our emails. The junior executives keep leaving the company very frequently, so even they are not approachable for querry.
Even ACE and Shre Gowind Jaipur Office told us that they have no touch and idea about these Projects and refused
to talk to us when we visited their office on the 7th March, 2015.
There seems to be something fishy in these Projects . It seems the ACE Townplanners and Shree Gowind Townplanners, both, are playing with their customers. Even after nearly 2 years of the booking there is no iota
of progress in these Projects.
The concerned Govt Authorities should take note of this and take some action to discipline such irresponsible companies.

Hi, Govind Town planners has started to brazenly send the cancellation letters to affected buyers. I think all the buyers need to jointly lodge the complaint to seek appropriate redressal.

what about ROC Jaipur; what is their responsibility about a company
We four friends also purchased 4 plots in year 2012 & made payments around 50%, they send us cancellation letters. I guess no one gets registry in Shree City Phase-2, we should take some legal action.

we are also fed up with this project and person sitting in delhi office shifted from patel ngr to Rajendra palace recently (don't know where to shift next place)not responding properly n maturely,
only demanding further payments n sending the cancellation letter to their customer n harassing them .
In spite of showing n discussing for any approvals related with work is started on the project they are are demanding the payments only like dadagiri (one man show) which should not happen at all.
matter should be discussed among us after fixing meeting for legal action .

Even I have also booked a plot over there. Sales executive is saying due to elections, they were not able to approve the project by JDA. Approval process will start in dec'14 or in the first quarter of next year. Afterwards, they will do the levelling/fencing of the land. Then registry process will start. I think this whole process might take next 2 years (if all things go in right direction).

I've also booked my flat in Shree City II, and submitted all instalments but still nothing is in hand. Even now they are telling that a small part whose land conversion is also pending due to which it will take more than a year. Now they've also shifted their West Patel Nagar office to Rajinder palace.

Same thing is happened with me i[censored] have any update pls let us know...
Even I have also paid the max amount for plot and taking continuous follow up, but all the employees are changing very rapidly, means, there is something wrong.
I also heard that there is an issue among Delhi directors and they have taken all our money for them. Hence no money and they cannot do any development and hence they are not able to give any registry.
Also it seems they will not give us our money back and off course the land too.
Lets come together and lodge a complaint against them in the consumer court.
We all should get refund with interest or any other land in their other projects.
Please work jointly as it is our hard earned money and our dreams too.

I have also booked plot in Ace Heritage City project jaipur ajmer express highway. at the time of booking sales executive told me after completion of installment company will handover the registry of plot. i have paid my all installment but still i have not received registry of plot.

Even I have faced the same situation.
I had booked a plot 150 sq. Yards with shree govind ram town planners in shree city ii project.
I had submitted installments, but have not received registry or builder buyer document. Now we are unable to contact them.
Earlier their office was in rajendra tower and then after shifted to patel nagar. But now we are unable to contact them, all the provided contact numbers are not reachable.
Please help and guide us how to reach them, and where to file the complain. As we had paid the money but have not received any property document.

It is learnt Shree Govind Town Planners have been able to get all the problems resolved for Shree City 2 and registry likely soon. Mr Anurag Upadhyay is the Contact Person in Rajindra Place Office.
