I have booked a flat in Shree Mahavir City Phase I from Shree Mahavir Patwa Developers & Construction Pvt. Ltd.
According to the papers the commitment was to complete the project was around 2017, one day we called the builder and get to know that he is behind the bars.
So the development has been stopped and no work is being carried at the site location.

fraud has been happened and we have got stucked.

If any one knows what to do then guide me.

I m Gautam Shingare have booked 2 Rooms (2BHK) at Payegaon, near Bhiwandi & Kharbav Railway station on Vasai Panvel Route of Central Railway, in 2013, as Builder promised that he will give position of both Rooms within 03 years i.e. upto 2017.

I have paid 15, 00, 000/- (Rs. Fifteen Lacs) to Builders and Developer Shree Mahavir Patwa in the year 2013. I have all documents/ evidences of above payments.
