Shree Tirupati Courier Service Complaints & Reviews

Very very bad courier service. Nobody replies to raised complaint. My courier[protected],[protected], both since 14 oct shows at yeola. But today 25 oct still party not received it. It was damaged saree, hence because not receipt vendor not giving refund also. Yeola courier number [protected] and ho office rajkot number, both not pick up calls.

I booked one consignment of Live Stock from Veraval, Gujrat through an express courier service, M/s Shree Tirupati Courier Service Pvt. Ltd. (M: [protected]), vide AWB No.[protected] dtd. 19.10.2020. The courier company charged me Air Freight charges of Rs. 2000/- for express delivery within 2-3 days @ Door Delivery in Kolkata. However the consignment is surprisingly not delivered and kept lying in Kolkata receiving centre from 21.10.2020 without delivery. My consignment is already damaged for irresponsibility of courier service. I am demanding for refund of my Rs. 2000/- courier charges and putting my claim through Consumer Forum.

There is no update on the docket no:[protected]. It has reached Delhi airport on 21st October 2020 but after that there is no update I'm calling the complaint numbers there is no response

My parcel was received at nasik tirupathi courier service, they didn't deliver to my residence address as mentioned in the courier. The staff misbehaved by talking very rudely to me and they send back the courier on the same day.
Presently the courier has not reached kerala . It is requested to take action against the consern people

I have about to receive my courier package which was sent from surat to chennai (Awb no[protected]. It was sent from surat on 9 august, 2020.
It was not delivered till date (27 aug, 2020).
Not a proper response when i call to chennai number as well as no response in surat.

My AWB no is[protected], my courier is at your virar branch from 21 aug and till today that's 27 Aug it's not delivered, so what is your staff doing with my parcel, no one is picking call or responding, hence I would like to complain about this

I have ordered a product online & the product was shipped through shree triupati courier service and it has reached chennai on august 17, 2020 and was out for delivery. But the product has not reached my place yet.
Its been 14 days now, i have mailed them, l tried calling many times and they are not even ready to respond.
Please do the needful to get my parcel at the earliest.

My package with AWD[protected] has not yet been delivered. As per the status it has reached Chennai in the 14th of August 12am. However, the package has not been delivered to me yet, today being the 18th of August.

No calls are been answered at any of the branches. Kindly let me know as to when will I receive my package.

Mumbai branch manager said parcel not in Mumbai.
they playing like that more than 3 months.

I have parcel from delhi to mumbai docket no.[protected] which is booked on 28th november and today is 5th december... But still not deliver as well as tracking also not updated... I also register complaint on their site but no response i get from their.. When i call them they did'nt solve my problem and talk me in wrong attitude.. I want my parcel.. Plzz help...

Tirupati courier ro office of jaipur is not sharing the correct information.

For doc no[protected], the jaipur office ([protected]), earlier said the consignment has been shipped to kolkata already and after continuously following up with kolkata ro office ([protected] and [protected]), i came to know that they didn't receive the courier.

Kolkata office told me to ask jaipur office for loading guys number (Centralize distribution system) so as to see if they have received it in kolkata or not and when i called jaipur office asking for the same, they denied of any such information. After that i have asked them politely that if the courier has been shipped on 02/10/2019 and it didn't reached to kolkata then where it is located currently?

Upon my this request, they told me that the consignment is not yet shipped to kolkata as they where not ready to receive it because of durga puja.

All in all, their system is also showing that consignment is sent for kolkata on 02/10/2019 which is misleading and hence requesting you to kindly request them to correct it.

Finally, i have lost all my efforts and still not been able to meet the time and hence i don't need it anymore and would like to get my money back from the seller and it should be asap.

Please help.

Dear sir,
The branch service in rajajinagar of tirupati courier service is very disheartening. The employees don't respond and are very rude. I was not happy because of their rude behavior i had given low rating. They called me on phone used abusive words and threatening to return the parcel with wrong information. He giving very bad threats also. Please have the courier delivered at my home at the earliest. I have a good opinion about your organization but not this branch.

9/2/2019 saturday my courier in reach on bareja courier branch they call me collect your courier and i tell i come in 30 min then after that courier office person don't pickup my phone and don't give any return call this is very bad service...today i'm calling your branch but no call receive if you free try to call this number +[protected] because our service impression is down if because of your service

I have not received my courier even dispatched on 19/11/18 from jaipur to bhiwadi. I contacted to tirupati courier branch bhiwadi, he told that he deliver my consignment to any other address and he was not remember the address.
Request you to kindly arrange my consignment delivery on priority or i will go to police and take this matter to legal level at court.

First he told me to collect after 6o clock. Now he is telling me to wait..
I want to know if the customer is out of station, why the people are behaving like this and not delivered my item...
Yesterday i went to the office, they told me they closed it at6.30pm.

Bopal ahmedabad branch is asking to collect courier from their office. They are telling that they are not able to find my address. This happened second time. However i am receiving courier every month. So, i am not able to understand why they are not able to find on for delivery. Please note that my home is just half km from courier office. You are requested to take prompt action in this matter

One of my courier has been sent from Mumbai on Monday 6-8-2018, to banglore but till Friday I have not received the same. Friday morning around 9.40 AM I called the person regarding the status he said call after 12.00. when we call after 12.00 Pm he said call after half n hour ([protected]).
We checked online status it was in Rajaji nagar branch when we called there he said we will call you after 10-15 mins, but after waiting for 30 mints when we again call him he is again replied to call after 30 mints. On upon that when we asked for his name (which he said Dilip) he said complaint karana hai to kar do.

I don't know why we are paying money to this service.

My consignment number is[protected] is send from surat to lucknow but didn't delivered yet. Its in lucknow from 3 august but didn't deliver yet kindly check what is the problem and deliver it urgently. Hope to get quick response of my complaint and deliver it as soon as possible. I am really worried about my parcel so please help me.

I got a packed of bajaj two wheeler insurance policy on 30th july at duration of 12.00-1.00 pm through shree tirupati courier which awb no is[protected] on time but one of staff misbehaved with my one of family members when she asked the what is this where he asking for rahul jain so this not good and specially he arguing with my neighbors also

My consignment number[protected] sent from surat on 17 but did not deliver yet at hyderabad. It seems a week never take so much time before as this time. Please check what's the problem and please try to deliver as soon as possible. I am really worried about my parcel please deliver it urgently. Kindly notice my complaint and try to take action. Product was booked from Surat on 8th June and today its 25th June still not delivered; Tried contacting Regional office of Tirupati courier service here in Kolkata but they simply mentioned that the pincode of the address was wrongly mentioned ; hence it was with BT Road location, chasing RO for almost a week ; there is no progress on this.

This is the most pathetic courier service I have come across. No professionalism No Sincerity No urge to support customers being in customer delivery service.

I have booked 1 handbag for my customer docket no[protected].
It had reached bangalore on 14th but without informing it u guys returned the courier to chandigarh stating address not found.
How can u return the parcel without calling the sender or the receiver about the address.
Now the courier person ([protected]) is saying its going back to delhi why???
Its pathetic i will not pay the shipping charges bcz of your courier guys stupidity.
I will do a police complaint if the parcel did not reach back on time.
As my customer is very irate and want a refund.

Very poor service and fadup about service provider during booking agent committed to deliver on coming monday now today is thursday and after calling agent he given reply call bareilly executive after calling as per given number by nashik, he given reply we are providing service at bareilly, so why they get monday rs120+ gst from us for only single paper courier purpose and i per inform that that is very important documents, railway every hour demanding panelty as per my parseal and i face big problem i never chose in future that fake complany and not refer to suggest to anyone due to very poor service even i pray god to bear my all money 1000 times along hall this company and company staff mainly

Really sorry to write this official compliant of one of your delivery head (Pawan - Indrapuram, Ghaziabad). There is a parcel dispatched from Surat (via AWB no.[protected] to my location. I saw the status and found that it was lying at Sahibabad, Ghaziabad office since today morning, after that I called to your local network team member and ask to deliver that parcel. He told me that we are off for last three days and your shipment may delay another three days, after that I told him that I will speak with your head office, he freely told me you can make compliant to MD or anybody. Is that the service level of your courier agency ? Your delivery staff doesn't know how to deal with customers. I would suggest to panelise these type of staff.
This is not first time. They open the parcel if it is valuable they lost it from parcel. This has happened with me earlier. Very worst experience.

I will publish this issue to public forum, so that every one must aware the service level of Shree Tirupati Courier Service.

This is with reference to my conversation with your executive in mumbai on the number +91 [protected]. I had someone send me a shipment of two boxes under 1 awb. I received just one box and called on this number to check on the delivery of the other box. This lady who answered the call started yelling at me telling me that i was crazy to not understand that on one awb only 1 box can be sent. When i asked her to take nicely and asked her if she even understood how to speak with customers she started yelling al the more loudly and abused me... I hate sharing this but she actually said... Tere ma ki which means #! What kind of executive do you have!! Firstly she refused to listen and then she goes on to abuse me!! I am going to make sure that i take this up with the consumer court on the abusive behaviour of your employees!

I send a phone worth rupees 12999/- through tcs courier (Awb no.[protected] from bhubaneswar (Odisha) to neemuch (M. P.) on dt-12august, 2017 and while sending the tcs store staffs told me that it must be reach at destination (Neemuch) in 3 days and it's 17august, 2017 now but till today it's not delivered yet and while tracking through awb number it cann't shows any details of my consignment not even shows my name or destination also. After tracking it only shows that the product is in ward to delhi ro and when i contact to delhi ro, they told me that they cann't send this parcel to nimuch (Mp) because they get that product wrongly.. Now what should i do?? Please help me to get my product as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action against tcs...

I have applied for passport for my sister whose address is Ankleshwar, so I required documents copy with original so
My uncle had booked documents from Ankleshwar to Kadi with name of my cousin Nishit Dave by Tirupati Courier service with AWB num[protected] and[protected] on 17th Apr 2017, after a week courier is not received so I contacted them three to four times but they did not give satisfactory answer, finally when I asked the status at head office Rajkot, they told that they have missed and lost the same and unable to find the same.
I requested to find and deliver for same but they told that it's my mistake that I have send the documents.
Request you to please help the same as I have appointments at passport Seva Kendra on 27th April 2017
