I send a phone worth rupees 12999/- through tcs courier (Awb no.[protected] from bhubaneswar (Odisha) to neemuch (M. P.) on dt-12august, 2017 and while sending the tcs store staffs told me that it must be reach at destination (Neemuch) in 3 days and it's 17august, 2017 now but till today it's not delivered yet and while tracking through awb number it cann't shows any details of my consignment not even shows my name or destination also. After tracking it only shows that the product is in ward to delhi ro and when i contact to delhi ro, they told me that they cann't send this parcel to nimuch (Mp) because they get that product wrongly.. Now what should i do?? Please help me to get my product as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action against tcs...

My uncle had booked documents from Ankleshwar to Kadi with name of my cousin Nishit Dave by Tirupati Courier service with AWB num[protected] and[protected] on 17th Apr 2017, after a week courier is not received so I contacted them three to four times but they did not give satisfactory answer, finally when I asked the status at head office Rajkot, they told that they have missed and lost the same and unable to find the same.
I requested to find and deliver for same but they told that it's my mistake that I have send the documents.
Request you to please help the same as I have appointments at passport Seva Kendra on 27th April 2017

My parcel was coming from Jaipur to Bangalore via AWB No[protected], Dispatched on 17th Oct 2016
which is still not received till now 12-Nov-2016. Last status was showing on 2nd November.
No one from Tirupati Courier, responding to my calls. Everyone has just one answer that "Its not my area".

Either deliver it or return it to origin else we will be filing a Fraud case against you people.

Your service is disgusting and i don't know how you exist with such services.

How can shree tirupati courier service claim the the consignment is delivered when i have not received, i want to file a false information complain against them in consumer court, the consignment should ideally be delivered yesterday thats 06-10-16 but today is[protected] and i have not received it, on tracking my consignment i see the status is delivered and i have not received, doc no. Is[protected]

How can Shree Tirupati Courier Service claim the the consignment is delivered when i have not received, i want to file a false information complain against them in consumer court, the consignment should ideally be delivered yesterday thats 01-09-16 but today is 02-09 and i have not received it, on tracking my consignment i see the status is delivered and i have not received, this is second time im facing this, they falsely update its delivered steal the consignment or mis place it, one of the unprofessional courier they are in bangalore

Not delivered goods on time and even agent ram (ankleshwar) doesn’t know the location of parcel, still giving lame excuses.
Docket no.[protected] booking date[protected]. this parcel as told was suppose to be delieverd on monday[protected]
Parcel is still with the courier guys. i personally called up to ankleshwar branch g/44, ravi complex, opp. gidc bus stand (phone no.[protected]) at 3:30 pm.[protected].
When i asked to ram was telling hyderabad tirupati office closed. immediately i called to hyderabad office, shabeer answered my call & said that office will open till 7:30 pm. when i asked to shabeer was telling me the truth why parcel is not delieverd to said date[protected] & mention addresss. they have some issue to delieverd the mention address (maibam premanand. mobile no.[protected] w store shop. no. f09 1st floor.inorbit mall, cyberbad. hyderabad-500081). bewteen, shabber hyderabad i really appreciate the way he talks & provide the service for customer satisfaction. well done shabber.
Before booking also we confirmed to your staff ram (ankleshwar branch) clearly said to delivered on monday[protected]. why is ram giving wrong information to us???
The consignment was very urgent and the courier guys are actually not bothered to even delievered to the address & even ram also not bothered. hope some action should taken for the same.
For few days i have experienced such rude treatment from one of your staff ram that i refuse to tolerate it any longer.in one instance, he said he has "no patience in dealing with such type consignment delay. ram does not know how to deal with clients. so this kind of staff will defame your brand tirupati courier service pvt ltd images. he does not have the sense to talk with lady without giving proper response he disconnected my call 5 times. even ram does not know where is the parcel gone.
I trust that you will speak to him about polite customer service. if he continues to have this attitude, i will move to others services like dtdc, blu dark. customers are not an annoyance; we are the ones who pay his salary
Please let me know when the parcel will deliever to the given above address.

I have booked one important paper document on 11 feb.2016 docket no.[protected] from veraval (Somnath) branch for lotus gilts global delhi.
This courier not reached/ delivered at the place . My self may time contanct to your veraval branch and also delhi branch phone no.[protected] and[protected] but your person says that this courier send to the party but party say we have not received. I requested to you please send me proof of the delivered at party by scan copy to my mail id [protected]@mehtagroup.com or in whatapp no. [protected].

I dispatched ...one parcel [protected] neelam Delhi parcel dispatch on 13- Feb client saying nahi mila pls chk n tell me phone no who received

I asked them azadpur Tirupati Center they told me go to police humne delivery De di I had to pay client refund of 1500
Ask that branch to pay me money of worth my product else I'll lodge a police complain of fraud again Tirupati centres

I had given my important and urgent parcel to be delivered via air from mumbai to kolkatta at shree tirupati courier service shop no 2 sarovar building, sunder galli, b.j.marg, byculla (w) mumbai -11, given parcel to Mr. ramesh gaikwad...firstly while giving parcel he said you have to pay for 3kg even though the parcel was not even 1kg, after a discussion he did took money for 1kg. being handed over on 6/10/15 it should be delivered on 7/10/15 as it was done by Air. But still till 9/10/15 it isnt delivered to the destination. when asked at kolkatta branch we got a rude reply from the staff and were told to contact mumbai branch, after contacting mumbai branch i discovered they have sended my important and urgent parcel via train even after asked for AIR delivery and paid money for the same. this is a pure cheating from such a big company without customer notice they changed the mode and dint even inform us.And the response and customer realtionship is worst than pathetic

I has delivered courier on 24/09/15, reconfirmed the details as it is not delivered on afternoon of 26/09/15, though they have committed me to deliver on 25/09/15. Track out the details as not delivered on mentioned date, as courier reached out at deesa but responsible branch (DEESA) not delivered till next day (26/09/15) and on call anwered us that he doesn't know about delivery location (mentioned adress), however cell number of both sender & recipient are there & i paid 60 rs as courier charge, how can i expect that he doesn't try to contact even one side!!! Very bad experience!!! Please, commit if you can deliver on time with assured protection of items!!! Waiting for positive response to dig out the same type of issue in future!!! My order was dispatched from moradabad on 2 june 2015 for Bangalore but the same is not yet received and no body is updating on the same even aftdr multiple calls. date - 17.4.2015 docket no - [protected] party name- jalaram ply dhule area- maharashtra on the mentioned date - 17.04.2015 i had booked a courier from your andheri-east branch for dhule which is in maharashtra state it was told to me that the courier will recieved to the party with in 2 days of booking so booked the courier on confirming the courier on 23.04.2015 the party didnt got the courier so i told him to check it & also gave a call at your andheri-east branch that the courier is not recieved yet the persin sitting on the phone told me that the courier is delivered on 20.4.15 so i told to give me a pod of it. the replied the will give it with in 1 hour so i waited i didnot got any feedback on that day so again i gave a call to the andheri-east branch office then the gave me the contact number of dhuliya branch on date- 25.04.15 when the party of dhule was sitting next to me the also told that the courier is recieved at the given address so again i requested then to give me pod of it the person also told that he will give the pod as he reach the office, no response was on that time. so next day was sunday again on monday i gave a call to the dhule branch person he gave me reply that he is outside somewhere he will whatapp me the pod so i waited today it is- 29.04.2015 i call the dhule branch person and yet i have not recieved the pod on inquiring the party about the couier i got the message that he has recived the courier on monday 27.04.15 but yet there was no response from yourside. i had booked the courier on 17.04.15 & i the party recieves the courier on 27.04.2015 it tooked 10 days for the courier to reach at its perfect destination. if i get this type of serives from yourside how would i do bussiness with you . give me a feedback about it you can contact me on mobile number - [protected] i want a feedback about it. i will be waiting for your response . regards ramesh rita

I had given the pocket courier having Docket no [protected] from nashik Agrawal store panchavati karanja branch dated 26/01/2015 to be delievered at Washim (M.S) on the dated 29/01/2015. Respected sir, I had taken the courier service from shree tirupati courier services of beawar office on 12th august 2013 and at that time the representative told me that he will deliver the courier within 2 to 3 days and agreed accordingly Afterward from 17th august i am continuesly taking follop of courier I am very sad to say that the representative are very arogant and of rude behaviour they even dont know how to speak politely Though the courier recieved in delhi on 16th august but still delivery is not made upto 19th august looking forward for positive response of my complain Shobha khiwasara docket no.[protected] [protected]

I booked a courier on 21/09/2009 no 2222 from Anjar to be delivered at Haldia. Till 7/10/2009 it was not deliver, I tried to trace my courier, after 10 days of my booking they stated that they could not deliver the courier due to puja at Bengal, and they dont have service at Haldia so they are returning it.

They also asked that another 3 days after 30th september to deliver the courier but unfortunately it is not deliver.

They are now not responding the phone call also
