This parcel booked on 14.10.2024 from delhi by air till now we did not recevied the parcel i called yesterday to hyderabad ro (begumpet branch) regarding parcel it is urgent parcel first they told they dont have the parcel contact habsiguda branch and i called habsiguda person also they told the same thing they dont have parcel. Again, i called again hyderabad ro (begumpet branch) aftersome time they told the parcel lying at hyderbad ro....

Dear whosoever is at the authority,

I got the unwrap box of the courier and the items too are missing from the box. The upper gift wrap of the box is also missing. The sender is claiming that the box is wrap with the gift paper and when the courier get delivered the gift paper is not even their, and after complaining at the Tirupati courier they are saying that with the another heavy weight of box the box may be opened. but how could be the whole gift paper be missing from the whole courier.

With the missing paper, their are also missing 2 to 3 things from the box too.

Please whosoever at the authority to do something please take the complain and take appropriate action at the following matter. with you appropriate action others fraud or missing items from the courier will may be stoped.

But didn't delivered yet. Courier boy told me parcel diliverd and my customer told me parcel not received, this is one of the most unprofessional company,
Kindly check what is the problem and deliver it urgently. Hope to get quick response of my complaint and deliver it as soon as possible. I am really worried about my parcel so please help me.
