Shreeja Solutions And Advisory Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir...
During Covid 19 I was running short of funds because of nonemployment...got a call from the Executive of Shreeja Solutions and Advisory - Bhilwara - Rajasthan. The name of the caller executive is Ms.Naysha Jain - [protected].
As discussed with Ms.Naysha the loan amount was Rs.20 Lacs and based on the policy I paid phase-wise amount against login Charges, Loan insurance, and Amount transfer charges from out of India. As advised I made an agreement also and sent the same to Shreeja Solutions and Advisory...I provided it below...
1. Copy of loan Agreement
2. ECS for my Bank Account
3. Cancelled Cheque
4. Bank Statement
5. Signature verification letter from my Bank
6. Total amount Transferred - Rs.74000
Shreeja Solutions and Advisory were done a lot of documentation which I provided and finally, they asked for Solvency Certificate which I was not able to provide and told them to cancel my loan and process my refund. The complete process has taken for a years time and then finally after a lot of follow-ups I received an image of the cheque for Rs.42000(refund amount) dated 20th June 2022 but till date, I have not received my refund amount nor the cheque...now they are not picking my call...Please advise what to do now.
Lots of other documents are also available with us which I can provide if required. My overall experience is not good and feeling like I cheated and fell victim to fraud...
Received a call from Shreeja Executive Ms.Naysha Jain and was expecting a solution as she told me for the refund, as per our last discussion the refund was supposed to come by 25th July 2022 but till the time it's not executed although she agreed for the refund by said date...
Just a request that you may proceed with the action based on the set rules & policy...
They have a customer care number also...[protected]

I have tried contacting Ms. Naysha Jain and her Company Shreeja Solutions and Advisory, 2nd Floor, Shubh Tower, Bargaon, Udaipur (Rajasthan) on numerous occasions regarding to get the entire principal amount of Rs.37, 100/- (15, 500/- + 12, 600/- + 9, 000/-) given by me on different stage to the company at the behest of Ms. Naysha Jain for a personal loan. Ms. Naysha Jain and her company rejected my loan after taking so much money in the company account.

Thereafter, Ms. Naysha Jain and her company defaulted in returning the payment of my legitimate dues on several occasions and have been stalling their obligations for over a year and also they have severed all means of communication since my reminder mails for payment.

I am now constrained to approach Indian Consumer Complaints Forum for redressal of my grievances and enforcement of my rights against Ms. Naysha Jain and her company .

I have been waiting since 7months for my refund. It’s not a small amount it’s 50000. I request to refund my money. I cannot even get on call to anyone from shreeja. I request to refund my money asap.

Login a file regarding the loan amount 8 Lakh with the Shreeja Solutions and advisory and some documents mistake loan declined and I login again as the shreeja solution call me to login again to make chance 100% loan success. But loan declined again I have all the document legal proof for all this process. And In the all process I have sent amount is 55000 for the all process in the Shreeja solutions and advisory and I have all the payment receipt in my mail. Also I have shared a agreement docs with you with full details please check.

And after the loan declined they share a doc with me to fill for the cancellation letter and I fill and submit and they approve the refund and mail me the refund will be take 45-50 days to transfer your account. But today It will cross 55 days not any refund I received till date. So Please help me to get back the refund. Also Please check the agreement docunet and If you need any other detail please do let me know.
