Extremely poor and pathetic customer service received from shreem hyundai, Kandivali West workshop
They picked up my car on 19th October 2021 at 9:30 in the morning and returned on 19th October 2021 at 9:30 pm.
And they also did no servicing of the car. They didn’t even bother to clean the car properly. They sent me a invoice bill of 5k plus taxes when this was supposed to be free servicing of the car. They didn’t clean the engine neither did they change the engine oil. And the manager tried fooling saying the engine oil is black dark.

my car accessories has been stolen from workshop (darukhana)

My car was sent to workshop on 6th september and returned back on 10th sep, 2019.
My windshield glass was broken and hence it was sent to workshop for repair, ms. Shahida shaikh who handled my issue (+91-[protected]).
I immediately reported lost complaint to ms. Shahida shaikh of following items from my car;
1. Umbrella-rs.1000
2. Iphone chargers-rs.2800
3. Perfume-rs.7000
4. Petrol bills
5. Coins-rs. 350-400
6. Mint box/chocolates
7. Original iphone ear pods-15, 000
8. Bluetooth speaker-1200
9. Car cleaning accessories-1500
10. Sun blinds customized for all windows-8000
Total amount rs.36, 850/- accessories has been stolen from my car, i have been chasing shreem hyundai guys from past 20 days and there is no response from there end, they do no value customer neither they take accountability for such losses!
I have been writing several emails to shreem hyundai dealer but they are so unprofessional that they don't even bother to reply to their customer.
Additionally i have been asking them to investigate this matter and check their cctv footage but nobody from the team is ready to co-operate! This is really shameful for hyundai to choose these kind of dealers who do not follow their promises and customers are made to suffer?

Hey fellow customers of pathetic shreem hyundai, get ready to send your car 40 kms from your house for a service even when another workshop is just 5 kms away from your house.
This is what has happened with me that too without my permission. When asked to compensate for the fuel which was unnecessarily wasted, even that didn’t happen by shreem hyundai kandivali workshop.
Had warned them to compensate for their mistake several times before the car left from the workshop but they don’t bother to care for their customers.
It was my mistake to have an amc with them and make sure you be careful before you choose shreem hyundai for any purpose.
I hope this feedback will be read and action will be taken to compensate for mistake from shreem hyundai.
Will never trust shreem hyundai who cannot value customer relation in today’s competitive world.

Complaint marked as Resolved Well.. I appreciate the action taken by Shreem Hyundai Team (Kandivali and Mazgaon) for the feedback and complaint posted last week and I am happy that immediate action was taken..
Efforts of Mr. Rohit for executing immediately and Ms. Mayuri for personally coming to drop the car are specifically appreciated..

Delayed Registration Process due to which INSURANCE is REJECTED

I had purchased Hyundai Xcent from Shreem Hyundai, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai on 3rd Feb, 17. I had cleared 100% payment (incl. registration, insurance, etc.) during time of delivery on 3rd Feb, 17. My car met with an accident on 20th March, 2017 and it was a case of Total Loss. When I registered my HDFC ERGO Insurance claim, After 2.5months I came to know that my T PERMIT paper was not valid so my claim wont be cleared/processed further & is rejected. My T-Permit Paper is Valid from 30th March, 2017 & I had met with an accident on 20th March, 17. But I had made 100% payment to shreem hyundai on 3rd Feb, 17 before car delivery. ACCORDING TO INSURER, IT IS JUST SHOWROOM MISTAKE THAT THEY DELAYED CAR REGISTRATION PROCESS EVEN AFTER MY 100% PAYMENT WAS MADE TO THEM.
Please I want this matter to be cleared as soon as possible as car was on loan & every month, bankers ask me to pay EMI of Rs.16600/-.. This was a Tpermit car purchased for income via OLA/UBER, but now i don't have this asset to create income anymore since 3months. Bank of Baroda Bankers are also forcing me to pay emi, interest & remaining overdues amount everyday. I don't have money with me to pay them as i am not making any income right now as my car met with an accident.
After informing this to shreem hyundai, they said they wont pay me anything. All that people are just delaying the matter daily by taking time & saying we are looking into this matter.. URGENT ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE, as i dont have money to pay to Bank & they daily come at my house to ask for money.
