Seller sells product on flipkart showing supercomnet name but real name is shreyash retail I have cross checked fssai licence no....

I ordered an iphone12 mini from Flipkart on 30th Dec and received a different brand of phone on 1st Jan. I asked them several times for a refund but they told you to have to wait for 48 hours but nothing has happened till now it's already been 24 + hours. There was no option for a refund that's why I chose replacement ... but when I read all the reviews regarding this seller and I found not a single customer happily getting what they ordered....
