Feb 21st iam order one combo jbl bluetooth earbuds (One buy one free, total price is rs1798). Ref number pw32555. They given on 23nd the wrong product (One very cheap normal bluetooth headphone, around rs200). Icalled to customer care but they are not responding, contact number is fake, and email is not responding. Very cheat full. I want return this product.

I recently bought a combo of wireless earphones from site www.soundaudioz.com which on site showed combo of samsung level u headphones and sony wireless earpods.
But today it got delivered and the products were cheap chinese earphones which were not even 200 rupees for which i paid 1798 rupees.
After that i tried calling the no they provided and even mailed them but no response from their side. This way they did fraud by displaying high quality products and sending cheap quality products which were something else they showed.

I have ordered smart watch but get local watch of fastract and after delivery delivery boy number swicted off and and company number as well i did'nt get any response. This is totatly fraud company kindly look into this matter as soon as pssible i was pay 1800 for thos # watch this watch cost is max 400rs only and sold this on 1800 kindly do needful

I am Rahul solanki, i have odered a smartwatch named W-series 34.i have ordered this watch on 5th feb and on 6th feb 2020 i got delivery . I have payed 1700 cash for the parcel. But when i opened the box there was one damages cheap quality watch only. I don't got the watch i ordered nd paid for.I tried to contact the company but unable to. I have send a lot of mails to the company but received no response. I have loose my 1700 rupees. Can anyone help me resolving this problem nd returning my money back. Now what can i do to get my money back.

I have got delivered and the products were cheap chinese earphones which were not even 150 rupees for which i paid {1798} rupees adn not sent me earbuds they delivered me local charger adapter i am not order any kind of charger..

these guys are fraud don't buy any product form them

I ordered a three shirt combo of deni fabric and they delivered me 2 shirts. The delivered one are of cheap quality and they even not matching the colors ordered. I paid 1098 in cash. I want my money back. I am willing to return the product. I want my money back. I contacted them. They dont even making any response. I mailed once in the customer care. The mail was care.[protected]@gmail.com. i called them they dont even attending the call.

I didn't get what i ordered.
I ordered 3 shirts and i received one shirt & track.
The lebel on the product is right but the item i received is wrong.
Even the contact number on the lebel is wrong or not connecting.
How irresponsible service.
Cancell my order & give money back or change it to right order.

Order two wireless earphones but received china made earphones not sent the right product which displayed in website and given a wrong product and i need a immidite response on this and make sure to shutdown this useless comoany and ban them from everywhere and put them in a jail cheating people with useless things and taking money from people and giving a wrong advertise.

I ordered two pack of shirts but when i got my package in that there was one shirt and one short all the details were same but the product was different i want you to refund my money or replace my order. I have ordered a combo shirt instead of delivering the shirt you guys deliver the kids wear and also there is no point of contact details given on our side I want my orders to be refunded or changed you guys are thuging people and I bet you you will landed in a big problems because of this there are also various complaint registered against the same issue...

The product delivered was not the same I order they deliver the other product I order the shirt combo instead they deliver kids wear and are fraud please take the action I have find they have thuged various people through Thier different sites online I also find that Various complaint are registered against them please take action

Sweaters of totally different colour and pattern and now they are not responding to my mail dispite of
