Shri Mishri Tvs Complaints & Reviews

My bike jupiter 125 buying it on July 15th but august 4 th it mey a problem. They made a first service. But problem not rectify. Then august 20 th they made a free service they told bearing damage. Totally one month of ridding two service completed. Then they call up for second free service on 25 th october. But i hand over on 1st November 2022.but still 9 th of november they don't service my bike. And bring back to me. This is totally irresistible and irresponsible. Last time also they took 4 days for service. Now 9days they won't bring back my bike.

My brand new vehicle is given for mandatory first service to the dealer shri mishri tvs. Below are the points listing out for dissatisfactory;
1. Vehicle issue is not being addressed though i insisted to look into it
2. Vehicle was not cleaned or washed properly
3. No proper communication with the customer

To be honest, very poor customer service
