My pnr.no.[protected] Bus no. RJ27PB3726 SEAT NO. L17, L18 From AHMEDABAD TO UDAIPUR DATE 1/12/22. Deptt time 11am .When Self with wife on the way at about 10.45 from cab to our boarding point at swamynarayan temple one phonecall (shanker sharma shrinath travels)received that, where are you I answered that i am coming in 5 to 10 minutes but bus not wait and before 11 hrs bus started and sharma said that bus started and stop infront of Rajasthan hospital so self give extra money to cab and reached raj.hospital and when asked to Mr.shanker sharma that aapki bus par kya like hai ye likha hai kya then he said rudely kya likha likha kar raha hai jaldi aa .so Mr.shanker sharma, s behavior is very bad.This is not as per goodwill of shrinath travels.

    I booked tickets for 2 people from Ahmedabad to udaipur in a, c sleeper bus of shrinath travels PNR no.[protected]. Timing were 11:30 pm to 5am. The booking was done in person by me at the travels agency's office after paying 1890 rupees. The seats booked were L1 & L2 that are lower berths, After boarding the bus which came early by half an hour, we were told that now my seats have been changed to A1 & A2 which are upper sleeper berths. When the same was conveyed to bus helper he told it came from head office and the person who did the booking when called told that he does not know anything. I booked lower berths as me & my husband are not comfortable in upper berths. No intimation for this seat changing was provided by the company. It is total wastage of my money that is 1890 rupees and we will not be able to rest properly. What's the meaning of advance booking in person if such things are going to happen to customer. What would the travel agency do when the complaining party would be like 50+ or 60+ person who cannot climb for upper berths. Will they stand the whole night journey of 5-6 hrs. It is unacceptable. If customer in general don't complain, it does not means that such travels agency's should take it for granted. I am complaining for the 1st time & I don't know if its right method or if some one will really see it or if it's right method to complain. But if my complain is right strict actions really need to be taken. I am not demanding money refund I just need action taken against them.

      We (2 women in different state highway at 10.35 pm) ideally had to board the bus at 9.25 pm from sevali choraya, Rajsamand. The bus came at 10.36 pm. As we entered the bus, it was very dirty, everything was spilt on the way and one person was sleeping on floor. 0 star..very bad experience. I spent 2300 on two tickets for no reason!

        I booked a bus online to go from jhansi to kota, one day before they messaged me that seat has been changed, thats ok if my seat is changed but why do i need to share my seat if i have paid the money for single seat, i told them i don't want to travel, return my money, they refused to return the money and said i[censored] want u can travel otherwise in ur place somebody else will travel. What will happen after to this complaint against? Any actions will taken or not? But i will try each n every thing so that they learn a lesson

          Passenger bus was filled with luggage and commercial goods inside the bus and gallery was occupied with commercial goods so all passenger were troubled full night.
          Passenger were even not able to get out of their seats and this bus was stopped by driver at very regular intervals
          We had paid but there was no value for money and it was very pathetic travelling in this bus.

            I have booked bus to ahemadaba through shrinath travels service agent from rahuri, maharashtra. As per agent my pickup point was from rahuri. My bus was at 5 pm. I am present there was at 4.45 pm. But their was no bus was camed even bus driver also not picking up calls. If by chace he picked up then that was blank call no one is taking from another end. After fighting with agent he had adjusted me in another bus of shrinath travels. Even in adjusted bus they gave me seat at the very end. This sit was completely uncomfertable even bus was also giving so much jurks. Suspension was not good at all. I am completely unhappy and fustrated with shrinath travels. Shame on you shrinath traavels.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I am writing this complain against the private bus having registration number : rj19-pb-4005 for the traveling route from mumbai to abu road, rajasthan.
              I boarded the bus with my wife on 9th february, at 7 pm from chembur, mumbai for our travel to abu road, rajasthan. The bus was halted for break in gujarat next day in the morning at around 8.30 am. (After the previous day halt at night 11.30 pm on 9th feb). The hault spot was having limited number of toilets whereas around 8-10 people were there in queue. It took 10-12 minutes for us to get fresh. However the bus driver started the bus and went off, leaving us behind. When we caught the bus by reaching by private auto rikshaw, the bus driver started arguing with us with a very rude and abusive language.
              This is very pathetic service by the traveller and need to take some action against it. Request you to please consider my complain and take necessary action.
