We have been following up with shriram blue people and havent received the agreement letter yet. Our first installment falls on 29th of this month and still we havent received agreeement letter. The member doesnt even receive our calls

I booked Shriram Blue property in the month of Dec 2018 by paying 1 Lac, after that i have noticed so many complaints registered on shirram due to the delay in possession .Hence i withdrwan booking and requested for refund and requested for refund from last 5 months but not receiving any response from Shriram. Could you please help me to resolve this issue

This is regarding the flat h-402 @ shriram blue which i booked on 24th nov 2018 during the pre-launch event.
i have made a payment of inr 50, 000 towards the booking amount.
but due to some unavoidable personal emergencies, i had to cancel the booking within a week. Its been more than 2 weeks that i had cancelled the booking but my refund is not yet initiated.
i tried contacting them in all possible ways (E-mail, phone, sms, facebook post etc) but no one bothered to pay attention. Every time either my call was either ignored or i was redirected to some other number to contact.

I tried calling mr. Manikantan thyagraj who is the relationship manager over his mobile number +91 [protected] but he kept on rejecting my calls with automated sms saying he is either driving or busy in a meeting.

I had also mailed [protected]@shriramproperties.com but did not get any response till now.

I tried calling the sales dept number on [protected] several times but they also started ignoring my calls as soon as i started asking the refund.
