Sir, We have tried to pay the Pollution payment through online portal https://wbocmms.nic.in/ the fee of Pollution, at the time of payment one payment has been unsuccessful, but payment has been deducted from our account of Rs. 116768 dtd. 09.12.2020 by payment gateway of IBIBO WEB PVT. LTD.,
and second payment has been made successful in the name of Ramajee Ispat Pvt. Ltd.
So, Please arrange to refund the 1st one payment,...

Two of the payment has been debited of Rs. 116768/- each by this portal of IBIBO Web Pvt. Ltd. in the name o f West Bengal Pollution board on dated 09.12.2020.
We are just waiting till yet to refund. But yet not got it.
Please arrange to refund the same.
