We have flat in Victoria,
1. From 2015 my parents are continuously telling to give a light in corridor infront of flat main door which was promised to be given by Siddha Town Rajarhat Project, but facility office always have lied that they would give. Till now there is no light infront of main gate rather the light holes were sealed by facility office with white cement.
2. At the behind of our flat the there is a leakages in the tap of common area that is used to give water in the garden. But because of the leakage our flat wall is getting damped. We have complained facility office several number of times, but they are showing no response to resolve the issue, rather one time plumber from facility office told me to buy the tap of common area of my own.
Please ensure proper facility is provided to the resident as we are paying huge maintenance charges.

I purchased a flat in siddha town, madhyamgram (Kolkata) west bengal. During our last payment i got to know that till i will have to pay 6463/-as interest chargeable.
Everything is clear in my last conversation on 17 nov 2015 that no need to pay extra amount. It was confirmed no need to pay any other interest changes. 2ndly rs 25000 has been extra paid from indiabulls, but they not returning back to indiabull, though i asked to return and will issue new cheque. After almost 10 months they issued another demand letter and at that time its settling down. May i know why siddhatown was not paying interest changes for for 10 months. If they could changes for 2 days then why its not applicable for us.

Now all of a sudden i receive a mail saying that i have rs 6463/. May i know why are showing.6463/-was interest chargeable. Its totally baseless whereas i've paid amount on time. May be its not reflected on your account as because i made payment via cheque. 2ndly i was not available at kolkata on that time. Sometime it take one or two days delays because of currier. You calculate each & every days not possible.

On 17 nov 2015 i had discussion & assured that i cleared all the charges and fees and even got confirmed by the sddha employees. Then how it come again. May i know why they are playing with their customer?

They are totally unprofessional and careless. They change their mind set time to time.

I purchased a flat in Siddha Town, Rajarhat (Kolkata) West Bengal for which the registration process took place in Jan 2017. Now during the time of registration i assured that i cleared all the charges and fees and even got confirmed by the Sddha employees.
Now all of a sudden i receive a mail saying that i have Rs 2500 due as legal fees, as a result they are not handing me my flat keys and asking for a cheque along with 7 days time.
How unprofessional and careless they can be and now how can i be assured that i will not have to pay and other charges in future.
Not only this in the past they have even been sending me some maintenance charges bill, which is not supposed to be paid by me because i am a non resident as of now.

I am living in Siddha town from last 3 years. Construction quality is very poor. We resident can't trust on the words of this promoter. They start profiting for maintenance charge and caused 80 lakh profit. They have sniffonned 80 lakh security deposit. Siddharth jain and sanjay jain of siddha group are robbers and bastered.. their slavery dog prabir das himself profit 1 lakh from local vendors... We have paid for the garden facing flat. But when we move-in, there is NO GARDEN. As per the plan showed to us 3 years back, the place support to be a garden, now it becomes parking space. I have sent an e-mail to the Senior Manager at customer care since October 2014, until now the matter still pending. However I will give them sometime to return back my money before I bring reporter to put this kind of news in newspaper so that whole WB...

hi i am a resident of siddha town. their extensive advertisement forced me to purchase flat here. Till flat was under construction, i got bills on time and management was very gentle. After i came here they started game by charging maintenance at Rs. 2.5 per sq feet which is highest in kolkata for LIG and MIG flats. When we asked for accounts they started to deny.After a group of people approached to Mr. Sanjay jain (MD, siddha group), he agreed for give their accounts. The actual rate was 1.3-1.4 as discussed with residents and balance they were taking to their own pocket. Rs. 2500 per month plus service tax seems to be very expensive when club is not ready, no intercom, No STB, no drains, No parks etc.. 2500 just to give water, electricity and security is too high and a clear cut case of cheating innocent residents. Till date more than 1000 flats were handed over if we take 1000 sq feet for each flat then it means that they are spending 25 lacs per month on maintenance plus maintenance (1000*1000*2.5). This amount is more than Rajarhat gopalpur municipality spend in a month for the entire area.. Dont you feel something is wrong. There is problems like stagnant water, poor construction, illiterate people on facility board is very common here. Recently there was a theft in house where more than 70 security guard was departed.. It seems siddha group believe in dictatorship and gained very poor responses from siddha pines and siddha town. Please think 1000 times before coming here

Dear Sir, I am resident of my new flat Siddha Town, Rajarhat, Floor No-3. I stay here from last year, 2012 from the end of October. Many time I notice here no o[censored]nwanted situation from my top floor C406. They Use drilling on my top floor. Many time I asked our temporary facility manager, about that matter, but he non cooperate & shows nothing happens. It is already complete one year. Now we notice some doubtful activity...mainly... 1.when we take food every day they create artificial sound from my top floor. 2.They every time notice our private activity and disturb us many way 3. when we open our front door they Crete sound 4. one day one middle aged women ring our bell, we asked what she want? she tell nothing clearly and go to top floor. we don't know her and never see her after or before that time.
