Battery not working

I have purchased sigmatel fxd S30 mobile from indiatimes shopping online on 16 November 2009. The problem is that battery which have provided are not working at all after charging also it doesn't work,the problem is same with the additional battery.As i contacted the service center they replied that we don't give warranty for battery.So please help me out that i can get good working battery for repalcementt.

charging problem

i brought sigmatel fxd s30 mobile 4 days before. when i tried to charge mobile with original charger which was verified with other same handset.
msg displayd in my mobile that "bad contact - charger"
