Iam a Reseller of Silicon House from 2003. But this is the worst of worst time iam facing huge trouble with their Support system. I have hosted 25 domains under my reseller account, but few of the domain are recently wiped off and not listing under my reseller account. i contacted Silicon house support of 13th January 2021, and from that date iam daily updating my ticket but NO use till date (13th Feb 2021). Its been one month they have replied my support ticket . I think Silicon House is affected with CORONA and died long back . RIP

I am using these people services since 5 years, every time these people services are going down year by year.

Now they reached to such a worst level where they respond to customer neither in call nor in support.in general they promise for 24x7, but trust me you life will become hell if you are subscribing any service.

While coming to any support help, upfront they will ask for additional money rather then providing optimal services.

The company accepts for installments in 3 years resellers hosting package and asking for 50% of Amount and GST on total Amount, which was accepted by us. We paid 1st installments as per agreement We have made you payment of Rs 6000+2159.82 (GST Amount) Total 8159.82 (inc. GST) by NEFT. which they accepted. Now they have not paid GST amount to govt. We have to make 2nd installment which is due in this month but they are not ready to give us GST credit till we pay them balance amount. Even on 29th Jan on customer ticket they accepted "Dear Sir,

Please note that we have received your payment of Rs.8159.82 and the invoice has been updated. "

I have purchased a hosting reseller plan from siliconhouse.net at rs 4999,
Company mail me a hosing renewal invoice 4999 + 18%gst+ 147 payment gateway charge
Total 6046 after this invoice within 10 days company siliconhouse.net send revised invoice with amount 8999+18% gst + 265.47 (Payment gateway charge)
I asked to company but not a satisfied answer given by siliconhouse.net.

Making me foolish and charge me just double.
Please help me

If you don't want to ruin your business (Not only money) then plz do not even thing about silicon house. There database server is off from last 2 days & they even asking for 30 minutes every time when i initiate live chat just for frustrating you and wasting your time.

- they are seriously tech #
- they even do not have technical team
- they will start ignoring you after taking your money
- they will show you very attractive packages at the time of pre-sale

These guys have the guts to # up your whole business within 1 day.

One of the third and worst class hosting provider company named siliconhouse website is www.siliconhouse.net, 18, First Floor, Corporation Commercial Complex, Opp: CPWD Quaters, Third Main Avenue, Indira Nagar. Adyar. Chennai - 600020. Tamil Nadu. India. I have got a UNLIMITED RESELLER PANEL from them and I already saw many bad reviews against them but they I bought the hosting only in the money back gurantee condition and after the very first 10 days I came to know they have poor service and website always down and I when I complained they said please talk to your ISP..what the [censored] and they commited many things false so I asked them for REFUND as per the agreement over phone but today more than 2 months passed I called them 1000's of time but they are not ready to pay my money back..This is really a bad thing and I persionally suggest please do not go for their services as I lost too much on phone calls and my money which i paid on the trust.. And the worst thing I have to refund all amount to all my clients under this reseller plan..

For wordpress - websites are very slow, not support properly, a few optionsare there, faces many problems while installation,
for windows-not supports .net applications, my applications are working on another service provider hosting space but not working on siliconhouse hosting space, they people not replies tickets and closes tickets them selves.
