I ordered a pink embroidery saree but received a very cheap quality saree. I paid 749 for saree. I tried to contact customer care but the number is switched off and address is wrong.

This company is making business through online for make fraud to customers. If this company phone numbers or address available for me . I will throw my old slippers to their face toowner and management. Scoundrels they are.

I received order but it is totally different, ordered grey colour and received yellow please return the product and call me for the same [protected]

I have ordered a dapper blue silk saree but received different item. Now I want the refund my amount as lack of time no exchanges to be made.
I have attached the photo wrong item received.

I have ordered 3 sarees from this website silkstore.in.
sarees i have ordered Rs. 3, 697.00 (3 Sarees)
each and sarees received of not more than Rs150 each. Very cheap quality sarees received to us. When i have complained to return the products They are not answering on mails and phone number provided on website is not in use.

We purchased a Saree online directly from the subject website, Received the parcel on COD basis, but the Saree sent is not matching of what we ordered. It is of cheap quality and a completely different product. to refund the Saree we have sent a mail to silkstore.[protected]@gmail.com
even after so many mails, company is not responding. Tried to reach them over the phone they provided on their website but is out of service.

Sir, silkstore is showing nice one in online, based on those, we order the same thru online, but they sent like old sarees to us, it is not at all worth (which we received the sarees like rs 300 to 500 in the market price ) after seeing all the purchased sarees from the silkstore.in, we received damage one out of three sarees

I contacted them thru they given number in the website number is not in use and I sent a mail that also no response

I received the wrong product and that too of low quality and the number thry provided on there website is out of service nor they are replying on mail i am attaching the ss of order and received product below

I just want to ask only few single question, why they are doing this type of fraud.
I have brought a saree and they sent wrong saree, no any other information except email and mobile and which is not working, please help me to get refund on this product.

Silkstore.in website is a fake website, they are not sending quality goods, instead of 1000 rs saree, they are sending Cheap quality saree approx 100 Rs, Previously they are maintained clothystore.in, that was closed, now silkstore.in
