Simplex Infrastructures Limited Complaints & Reviews

My emp code 30948, resigned and left the company on 5th August 2022. Total due is about 9 months of salary and 60 days of leave. I am following from last 1 year and still my full and final settlement is not paid by the company.

My Employee Id with M/s Simplex Infrastructures Limited (Company / SIL) is 37905; despite working to the best of my ability and serving all the terms of my Employment, the Company has not paid my salaries (Full & Final settlement) of August, September and October 2020 for almost three years now.

I have constantly followed up with the Employer for three years now, however, M/s SIL have just been repeatedly mailing that they are currently facing paucity of funds and will be releasing my salaries at the earliest possible.

Failing to elicit any reply from the company, I reached out to the PRINCIPAL EMPLOYER i.e. Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) regarding my aforesaid concern. M/s SIL is executing Bangalore Metro's Key Project of Green Line Extension under Reach-3C. Even though BMRCL being a reputed semi-government Organization / SPV; they have only written letters to M/S SIL to clear the dues and not taken any steps to release my Salary. Whereas for their personal benefit, BMRCL has been very proactive in clearing Payments on behalf of M/s SIL to Vendors, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Labors, Current Employees, etc.

I am reaching out on this platform after exhausting all my efforts of requesting the company and BMRCL in all possible ways.

Request you to kindly help resolve my concern. There are hundred's of employees like me who have been wronged by this so called 100 year old company Simplex Infrastructures Limited, headquartered in Kolkata, India.

The worst approach of the Company is the fact that the openly and explicitly tell the employees that legal action and government platforms do not make any difference to them and that they are not afraid of such actions by the Employees.

Request you to restore faith in people by teaching a lesson to such companies who do not pay any respect to the Government of India and its various platforms set up for the justice of common hard working employees like me and thousand others.

Hai i am the employee of the simplex infrastructures limited for the last 4 years i leaved the company and i till now i did not get the uan of epfo and other details and i asked the hr persons (Tharak bhomik, sumithr chakravarthy) also they behaved very negligence about this matter i called ([protected], 1633, 1644) to the h. O also but there is no proper response till now.

Kindly anyone help me how to claim the epfo from the...

We have sent our vehicle for service on 15/4/2017, we have received quotation for service on 19/04/2017 for Rs.68, 754/- and paid, again we have received one more estimation on 05/05/2017 for Rs.31, 737/-. Even though vehicle service not yet fulfilled. Again we have received one more quotation on 10/5/2017 for Rs. 1, 00, 897/-. From this situation we understood that they are cheating us to get the money or they do not know to analyse the problem due to which our vehicle is not yet ready and paying taxi charges on daily. Required immediate action or we will take serious action.

This is to bring to your kind information that I, Raju Sarkar an applicant of a new passport, which is applying at your Siliguri branch vide application no-1059055 & received no- PACC/SLG/2167/2009 dated 24.06.2009. My police varification has been done in the first week of August'09. Till date I have not received any positive answer regarding the status of my passport. This matter has already been informed to you through a mail dated on 06.09.2009. But I have not getting any responce from RPO(Kolkata) till now. Sir, I can't understand that why the general people have always deceive from the service of the Govt. organisation. If there will be any problem to know me the file refference number of my passport or issuing me a new passport then informe me through mail or telephone. My cell phone no.is written here under.
