I had subscribed for their service and the milk that I ordered never got delivered. They have my Rs.500 and haven't given a refund too.

I subscribed to simply subscribe for milk delivery. The delivery boy blatantly refused to deliver at my apartment. He kept the milk downstairs near the security and it was taken by some other apartment resident. The customer service is not getting connected ar all . Worst service in Bangalore.

We have had a very bad experience with Simpli Subscribe...A couple of weeks back we started the subscription of Milk...However from day one Simpli Scubscribe has been erratic in delivering the milk. The worst part is they do not have control over their delivery partners & they have no way to know if the Milk has been delivered or not. On at least 5 occasions I had to complain to their customer service & based on my compliant the amount was refunded. Their customer case was not even aware that the milk was not delivered. Finally I got soo frustrated that I decided enough is enough & have paused my subscription & applied for Refund of the wallet amount

My advise to customer is to be aware of Simpli Subscribe as their systems are not in place to handle this type of business

I did order milk first time i didn’t get milk delivered, and money (38/-_ got deducted and i also try to call your phone number it is busy and asking for option to call back, when i selected that option i never got call back. I am not happy with simplisibscribe i wasted my money.in simpli app, i transferred 500/- to keep in that ewallet, 500/- is the min wallet money, now at least rest of the money which is in the wallet i need to refund back to account. Currently, it is situation of cheating 500/-, i sent emails to their email id ([protected]@simplisubscribe.com) 2 times, not a single reply came.
