I have bought a toilet sheet few days ago and when we start the use this then sheets upper door is not working properly. so you can solve this problem as soon as possible. This product is under warranty

    Sir I had purchased ewc 6 months back and it met with an accident it broke in two psc while using causing a grave injury on buttocks for which patient had to be operates with 42 staple stitches and was hospitalised.I will be going to consumer court if you will not respond.

      Had purchased 17 Simpolo washbasins 3 years back for my property in Fort kochi, Kerala.
      Few months back, we noticed a hairline crack on one of the expensive models.
      Their customer care office in Kochi sent a rep.to check the same. Latter their office assured me that they would replace it immediately.
      But now, its more than 3 months, no sigh from them.
      Wished I had purchased from reliable & quality brand. Now the cracks have become wider, & water started to seep in through.
      Simpolo seems to be an unreliable brand with poor customer care service.

        Dear Sir,
        My self Lalit Patni I was looking after customer service of Simpolo in uttarakhand till Feb 21.
        All service calls were given by Mr Manoj who is looking after sales in Uttarakhand region.
        I have not got my claim amount of Jan 2021 and Feb 2021month.
        I had given several reminders to Mr Manoj for payment every time he gave me fake promises and fake assurance.
        Now from past 20 days he is not even picking my phone.
        I had talked to his immediate senior Mr Shyam Sunder regarding the issue but he also was helpless in releasing my payment
        Pls look into the matter and resolve the issue earliest.

          This is to bring to your notice that I have started construction of first floor of a residential house. I met an executive of simpolo named as Mr.Ravindra Tembharne at Gondia City. I came to know about various details of simpolo products. That executive assured me of prompt service. I chose tiles for floor styled as Alaska White Premium(800×800mm) and asked the executive to place the order and deliever the product. At that time he assured us about delievery and asked to pay total amount through rtgs. Believing on brand name of simpolo and assurance of Mr.Ravindra Tembharne, I decided to transfer the amount in bank account detailed by the exeutive. The details of rtgs is as under:
          Amount of Rs. 2, 85, 246.00 on 29-DEC-2016
          UTR No. MAHBR[protected].
          The receipt of the same was confirmed by the executive. After some days the executive informed us that the product ordered is out of stock and he was not sure about the delievery. Now when I try to contact him to know about other options available he is not responding properly. I tried calling him several times but he did not respond. This type of behaviour is unexpected from such renowned organisation's executive. Such irresponsible behaviour is not tenable.Before asking the customer to pay for any product ordered, executive should look for the product availability. Who will pay me the time value of money paid kept for non response of the executive Mr.Ravindra Tembharne. Keep apart the value of money but such customer relation is highly regretful. I will bring this issue in front of the higher authorities to save other customers from such situation on dealing with executives of simpolo and specially Mr. Ravindra Tembharne.

            I have purchased sanitary ware item 3 peace at the Rs about 9500/- from the simpolo dealer at trajpar four way Morbi the dealer person name is Mr. Mehul (mo.[protected])

            I have purchase the same but they are not ready to sold it from the showroom which are premium display, but they took me to another closed shop where they keep this kind of materials and use as a store, and on asking for premium quality they replied me that no any kind of symbol on the box has been written " this is premium quality and we are guaranteed for this.

            so my question is that if we paid amount for premium quality and there is not any symbol so how can we recognize premium quality.

            And second incident is that I have purchased epoxy high glossy of Rs 3400 but manufacture price on the box is 2196/- only, i have claimed for this issue in manufacture department they solved my problem and give me refund Rs-1200/- on the spot.

            when i called to mr. mehul (mo-[protected]) simplo dealer at the morbi trajpar fourway he replied me that Mrp may be mistake by chance from the manufacture department

            Even a fault and cheating by mr. mehul, manufacture department(italic manufactured zone) solved my issue

            kindly look into the matter and give conformation that my sanitary ware item is premium, slandered or third materials

            As per aforesaid matter that We have verified our sanitary ware item through simpolo experienced person it found slandered not a premium for we which we have paid amount for premium quality.

            Our intention to refund premium quality amount after deduction slandered quality amount.

              I have bought Simpolo commode with seat cover. In just 5 month ttime, seat covers hydraulics broke down and in spite of repeated request to Simpolo Bombay office, we have not received any suitable response. Simpolo is putting the responsibility on their Mumbai dealer and dealer is blaming company for no support. Request Simpolo to look into it and provide necessary hydraulic parts on priority. Thq.                 I want to share my bitter experience by using SIMPOLO Product. Wall mounted WC seat model SANITY, installed October,2010, cracked within 2 months from cantilever portion while in use for just 90 kg weight, whereas permissible wt. claimed by company is more than 400 kg.Even after my repeated phone calls since Dec,2010 to Company Officials in this connection,, received no response till date . I have also sent an email on 22nd Feb along with photographs of cracked seat. Thus facing lot of problem by using this product.
