Pathetic service right from the beginning. I purchased Ertiga on Laxmipujan 2020 from Simran Motors Panvel. Refund of car towing charge

We experienced worst service from simran motors panvel.
We gave our vehicle (Maruti ertica) for repairing in the month of aug/sep 2019, and they delayed their service for two months plus the work was not even done properly. These two months they provided us a vehicle for use but that too was not in a good condition. Therefore, we gave our vehicle back to them for repairing in the month of march-2020 and it is still with them....

Simran motors service is not good at all.. Mechanical work is fyn but washing not done properly and the way of taking of general manager and service manager was very bad they blamed advisor for that that advisor was very polite very good person but the higher authority should pay attaintion on washing department y u dnt change n what is washing supervisor doing? Negligent and rude behaviour of simran motors car service

I would like to make a complaint regarding extremely poor and negligent services by your Maruti Dealers (SIMRAN MOTORS PANVEL). I am writing this email with lot of mental agony faced by me due to the service dept of Simran Motors Panvel.
