Pathetic service right from the beginning. I purchased Ertiga on Laxmipujan 2020 from Simran Motors Panvel. The sales person was Abhishek Mane, at first he was okay then we realised he is manipulating things. Right now we owe ~8000 rupees refund from Simran Motors Panvel which they are still not able to cope up with, I wonder how they run the showroom! I contacted to the given escalation Matrix no.1 Ms Jyoti Jeevan but she has always been rude and of no help as well. Also tried calling other levels of escalation but no response from them.

Regarding toeing charge for car number mp04cu8465.
I atul gudadhehave received the car from workshop on 18 june 2020 the dealing agent was mr nitin and after nearly requesting him from last 3 months he is not giving any positive response and assuring that it is pending from sbi life insurance side and will credit the account but not done any work neither he is escaliting or denying that he is unable to do. Simran motors should maintain some proffesionalism being a esteem name

My name is sagar gurao, and i have recently purchased a maruti suzuki swift zxi, from simran motors karjat. I have an issue with the front bumper protector since day 2 of delivery of the ar and also raised it to concerned person at karjat mr. Prashant angre.
There has been no resolution of it yet and only false hope. please go through

Due to the wrong implementation, the front bumper guard of my car is not sticking well and tearing up at the edge.
there has been no help from mr. Prashant angre, saying "cannot help as his manager is saying no need to do this." i have also mentioned this in the feedback call but no action has been taken.
I hope to see some professionalisms in the agents and would appreciate the help needed.

We experienced worst service from simran motors panvel.
We gave our vehicle (Maruti ertica) for repairing in the month of aug/sep 2019, and they delayed their service for two months plus the work was not even done properly. These two months they provided us a vehicle for use but that too was not in a good condition. Therefore, we gave our vehicle back to them for repairing in the month of march-2020 and it is still with them.

Simran motors service is not good at all.. Mechanical work is fyn but washing not done properly and the way of taking of general manager and service manager was very bad they blamed advisor for that that advisor was very polite very good person but the higher authority should pay attaintion on washing department y u dnt change n what is washing supervisor doing? Is he sleeping?? Very bad experience with washing. When my car was der for service mechanical work was done then after they took 4-5 hrs to wash the car. Advisor told supervisor that coustemer is waiting do it fast they said ok next vehicle will be urs only bt i dont know why! Your general manager was shouting to advisor in front of me that was not good. U r in corporate field maneger should not do dat in front of coustmers.. I want to do head office complaint but i dont want that person to come in problem... I will say to higher authority to make change in washing and behaviour of gm and wm.. Thak you
