One item less in from the total order
I ordered pack of 10 designer face pollution mask. I got the delivery today but the pack has only 9 masks. I had booked COD order so I paid total amount including shipping and I did not get total 10 masks. I requested them to send me the one missing mask they said no we cannot, than I said exchange it send pack of 10 and they can pick up this pack of 9 again they said they do not have exchange policy, I said i would return this product but they said it is a non returnable product. I said give me cash refund as i paid cash they said not possible we will send the refund link in 5-7 working days. I said I will not click on any random link, who knows by clicking on the link they may just hack my mobile or laptop.. I do not trust this people as i have been cheated and they do not have any policies or procedures in place. I have not seen such a bad customer service ever.

I have an account in simsim application. My register number is [protected]. My registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I order milton thermosteel 2 pcs. They give so much bad product. I returned this item. First item pick up done before 7 days, after 48 hours they give refund link and I fill up with my bank details and UPI id. 3 times says it's fail fail. And I contact customer care, their behaviour so much bad and not helpfull. And one more item pick up done before 2 days and they didn't give refund link. They says today evening tomorrow morning etc..

I had purcahsed an item from simsim worth rupees 525 with order no. 1978126 and when i recieved it, i found it to be unsealed and defective for which i had raised a return pick up and after doing so i have not received back my money although i had tried contacting them through email and chat many times but no response from their end. Please help in getting back my money.
