Hi Sir/Madam,
I have tried to book my gas through my registered mobile number but it says record not matching.

Hence, approached Shivshankar agency, Porur - 117564 but they said my connection was suspended. I have requested to activate my gas connection but they not doing it.

Pls activate my gas connection.

I recently moved to new area Irandam Kattalai from Iyyappanthangal. I asked the gas agency, they told that they will provide the service in that new area also. so, I just changed the address.

But nowadays, the delivery guys are asking minimum (extra) 50 rupees to delivery the cylinder even it is in the ground floor.

Delivery guy clearly stating that the Gas Agency, didn't pay (salary) for delivery guys. so that they asking more amounts.

As per Govt norms, we don't need to pay additional amount which not mentioned in the bill.

Clearly, the activity doing by Gas Agency showing like direct theft from common people.

Today morning I have changed new cylinder, after that Gas leaking sound coming in the cylinder. Kindly send the technician ASAP.

We are residing in rajarajan nagar, moulivakkam (ground floor) in a rental house.
Each and every time I have booked my Indane LPG cylinder through the IOCL Indane app. After that, I will pay the bill amount through the online payment mode.

After some time deliveryman asked 20 rupees for the delivery charge, so I refuse to pay the amount

Aer guidelines from govt. and gas agencies we are not providing any delivery charges like tips to our delivery man at the time of delivery.

But in our area, some people gave tips like 10 or 20 rupees due to floor difference and they all have own house instead of we are a rental person. But we are also humans.
So, the delivery man behaves not properly to deliver the cylinder to us.

He didn't check the cylinder's cap of leakage even one time.

Whenever our family members ask anything, his replies were very rude.

Note that, this is not the first time, it's the third time so that I have mailed you

Last time we have not received the Cylinder bill from the delivery man while asking he just replied we are not providing a bill for online booking, you can contact an agency.

So, Please take proper action per mail.
Or else I have to take the next step towards your service person behavior as per govt norms.

Each and every family have ladies children and old age people, all have noticed your service. Please provide more and good training to the delivery person.

My Primary Complaint that I am a customer of Indane since. My Consumer code is CX16575337, your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Shivshankar Agencies, , Tamilnadu has given the following nos567487 for booking gas refill. At first no response, no pickup phone at any query . Otherwise every time recording " phone is busy, please call after some time" is playing. I am tried en number of time and days but never got a response or pick-up phone. It is common phenomena, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Last time at that the lady present there said that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 or 5 days but no response till 12 days. This procedure continued every month. I am not only there are many customers to face this problem. But Members if pay extra money immediately got the cylinder( delivery person demanding and arguing for extra money), always delay in delivering ther refil cylinder Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.

Dear team my gas booked in 2/5/2018 but i have not received gas slender (24/5/2018) and agency told me your booking is cancelled but i have not received any msg from agency side. My ref no.343440 my customer no. Is 011798 all reqd. Details are below mentioned. Again i am booked my gas on 15/5/2018 but still i have not recieved

The delivery man - Ganesan takes tips of 50Rs everytime. I havewarned him twice on this. He is now threatening that the dates on the cylinder matters when he delivers. Also says this will be the case and we have no choice but to pay. this is completely atrocious. Request someone to look into this ASAP! Thank you.
