They give me a wrong product and they have no reply that what they will do plz take action for the siyaram fabrics.plz i m student so plz u have to see that plz give my money back plz

I have purchase 2 products from your Shyambazar, Store, Kolkata. The Product codes are as follows:

1. WMXU[protected] of Rs. 1200.97 including GST (1.20 MTR.)
2. WMU[protected] of Rs. 873.71 including GST (1.20 MTR.)

And they have charged Rs. 350/-each for making charges Trouser.
Now at the time of delivery they are given me another cheap product instead of 1st one. 2nd one is okay. I instantly informed them but the have denied.

This is very heart breaking.

Please look into the matter.

They have sent wrong order of BIGROCK combo which I had not ordered instead I had ordered a combo of orange, green and magenta color semi stitched lengha. Though they had sent me a mail with the order along with the image then why did they sent me the wrong order . I had already paid 2074 for the same.

I have ordered a combo of 3 from siyaram fabrics and received wrong product and even an incomplete order. I just received two products instead of 3 and even they were wrong and cheap.

Cheap Quality dresses are Delivered in the name of Combos, And not responding properly. they are delivering different product and cheating the customers. they are not responding back properly... i tired reaching them via phone it is not responding .

They r providing totaly diffrent and cheap products

I have ordered 3lehanga instead i have received 3cheap quality products from their courier partners Xpressbee.

They are cheating through site called siyaramfabrics.com

I tried to reach them through various channels but no response.

They have charged me 2000 ruppes on COD

These guys are such a cheater. I ordered 3 anarkali suits (combo offer) but after opening the parcel i was awestruck because the product delivered was completely different from what i had ordered. Please don't buy anything from this site these guys a pathetic cheaters.

Hell.. People cannot cheat like this, I have ordered 3 set combo and paid online and got 3 set of cheap quality cotton dresses which is not worth.

I have paid online for this product and havent received any product. what can be done? i have read people complaining it as a fraud how can we receive money back?

This is the cheapest cheat. same case with me as well. Order 3 got only 2 pairs with worst quality and not even one matches with the order I made.
Please let me know if any one knows how to get the money back and return the dresses they have sent me.

Same issue I have and I had contacted them and they had given me support number and they had promised me that i will get replacement for my dress, now they have deactivated their account and number so I am not able to reach them. What is the way to complain against them and get refunded. I received the worst product which won't be worth than 300 in market, I spent more than 2k for this

I ordered lehenga combo pack. But I received a wrong product which is of bad quality and different product. I paid 2074 /- as COD. When I tried to contact them via mail they are not responding and the contact number which they have provided is not working. Can anyone help in this?

Same with me . I also wanted to complain. I also got cheated. I ordered two combos one for saree and another for lehanga. Instead of wat I ordered they sent me two suits and the courier person was also very smart he was not taking the courier back. He was behaving weirdly .We spoke to his senior and finally he cooperated with us. These guys are fake . Please don't order.

Hi, I have purchased combo of 3 designed Lehengha (https://checkout.shopify.com/18040145/orders/00922cd53aa34b51bf1f7785c153eb32) from siyaramfabrics.com.As they mentioned in their website its their annual sale. On 11th of April 2017 i got parcel from them. Its cash on delivery that is why i have aid Rs.2074 /- to the delivery person. i saw the product and shocked its very cheap quality material and different.then i called on [protected].some lady has received the call and when i complained about it she is talking very arrogantly, childishly.she said she is on holiday so that she could not do anything and she said send photos of product received on the whats app of same number, some one another lady is handling their whats app. As she said i have sent the photos and someone has replied to me you want product exchange or refund.then i said send me correct product if quality of product will mismatched then i want refund.they said okay.but after that no one has replied about that.even did not send any apology email.On 29th i called them again that lady said give me reminder tomorrow then i will send email about refund or exchange. Today again i called that time same lady is on phone she is talking very arrogantly, not able to listen customer complaint.giving answer very casually.she said i am on holiday i am not responsible.on their website only [protected] this number is available for contact.on Facebook always i they advertise about their sale and products etc..in photos that products are very attractive so that so many people will go for purchase.I also commented about that on the Facebook on their page but they blocked comments, another people view who like there photos or interested to buy. so that i could not alert other people about their fake website. even there return policy is not acceptable. I do not know what should i do now. I have attached herewith product photos which i have received from them.

I ordered lehnga bt they sent me bad quality salwar kamiz material... i paid 2074/- its COD ... now they are not giving proper rply. I have sent all details to them ...

Same thing happened to me.

I have gone through the same thing. I did not receive the combo that i had ordered instead i got some cheap quality salwar kameez dresses. And they are not reverting back, neither on phone nor via email. It's a total fake company. Let me know if anyone could get a refund back and what process was followed.

Guys even I got cheated...such a pathetic quality not even worth of 200 ...any way to get our Money back from these ######...I was thinking of ordering 10 more combo dresses from them for COD and banging the door on face of the courier person, not paying him any amount...but now the site is also not available

I saw ur all comments, myself also fooled from tat company... is any one took refund amount from them?

OMG.. I thought till now I am the only one who was being fooled by them, I tried every means to reach them, but they neither gave reply to my calls or emails. Even I inquired about consumer complaints, and initially had filed a case over phone, but the consumer case steps are too lengthy and they doesn't help people. We should stay alert from such fake sites. I had paid 2049 for a combo but got some low cheap product. Even I shared this on FB but they had also blocked my comments.

SUCK FRAUD AND FAKE WEBSITE!! GOD WILL SURELY PUNISH THESE PEOPLE FOR CHEATING MANY CUSTOMERS.
