Its 2 months my refund not credited.they are not providing any customer service.i am requesting them for refund from 2 months....

I have purchased cloths of j. Hampstead - siyarams which is top brand of the companies from their siyaram showroom chhatarpur mp just before 3-4 months.
I want get my refund of rs 1500/-
And now many complains are with cloths like colour problem, softness problem that has been totally different as when i purchased. And according to companies norms they are not they are not taking my complaint and not responding seriously and...

I have purchase on dt.22.05.18 and get earned 750/-loyalty program but after few days ( 08.06.18) later gone purchase and redeem for the same they are denied and tel us the new scheme launch thats why could not give you above scheme.Hence this is just like cheating with customer.I could not purchase again from that showroom/siyaram cloth in future in my life.

I had ordered a combo of 3 dresses from their site and did online payment the product i received is entirely different rather than 3 products i received 2 products that is of cheap quality it wont be worth more than 300rs. I paid online 2k plus. I had conversation with them thru fb and whatsapp now their fb and contact number is deactivated.
