I have some problems regarding Skill-Lync course (post graduate program in cad), problems are here under.

1) Proper support not found, in terms of doubts clearing slot booking, maximum time of booking no proper slot found when required.
2) Software also not given after joining for 2 months
3) Rm(relationship manager) contact no. given in dashboard, is not responding.
4) Doubt clearing seasons by industry experts, not by proper teachers.
5) No cancellation policy not disclosed before joining the course.
6) From 23/03/2023 to till date no-one is interested in solving my problem.

That's why I am not want to continue the course, I have some family problem also, but apart from family problem, I not want to continue that course due to above mentioned points, so I am requesting you please give me some resolution, otherwise it may affect my credit history(till now my credit history is fine).Please cancel the course immediately & refund the money to credit fair asap, as per loan agreement

Hi..this is omkar. Basically initial story is same, skill lync convinced to buy their high price course by promising tier 1 company in 6 months only and also 3 months of paid internship. Nothing has been delivered yet even after 9 months. But my story is like, I had accident roughly 3 yrs back, and my vertebrae got fractured. It is vertebral compression fracture. Actually my vertebrae got reduced in height by almost 80% as indicated in MRI. Initially I was not facing much issues with it, it was fine. But a month back, I got encounter with muscle plasm. It is normal in every person, but as I have fractured vertebrae it affect me alot. It hurts so much, that I couldn't even sleep. Then I reached to my doc on same day, he told me that you need follow some restrictions. One of the restriction was not to seat for more than 30 mins. So my parents and doctor discussed about this topic, and came with conclusion that I must not do a job. That muscle plasm incident change my life a lot, like I need to drop idea of doing job, eating non veg, etc. As I have joined skill lync in July 2022, and didn't got placement yet, so my parents told me to cancel that course and they are not going to pay EMI. As it is no use for me. Because ultimate goal of skill lync was to get job. Now I am staying with my parents in Village and not looking for a job. So I reached skill lync told this story, they just listen and tried to convinced me. Even they ask me proofs of accident to verify, I shared MRI and x-ray reports along with my details on it. But from that time, they are not accepting my calls, not replying to mails. And that Eduvanz guys, they are literally unprofessional and continuously doing harrasment. Eduvanz threaten me to pay EMI otherwise, they will reached home to collect Emi. I don't have prob with that. But it looks so unprofessional. So my request is to please help me in this situation. Already I lost many of my dreams. And this Skill Lync plays with emotions, not responding, harrasment by Eduvanz. They just through mental pressure. So please sir help me. I really want to cancel that subscription and reduce burden of my parents.

My complaint is about Cancellation of course & refund amount of EMI loan.
I am writing this because I am not getting any resolution of my issue from Skill Lync,
9 months back on July 2022, I have enrolled in a course of skill Lync "Post graduate program in Complete Passenger Car Design & Product Development "

I got a call from Skill Lync Employee Rahul gave me fake promises that “You only need pay 3 months and we will give you a paid internship stipend 10000/- “. I have done payment on 8th of July evening for pre book amount which is 5, 000 Rupees. He asked my personal documents like Aadhaar card, pan card, bank passbook, and photo. The next day. He called me and said. There is some issue going on. In EMI Process so you share your father’s documents as mentioned. On second day he again called me and said “Actually your EMI process is not got approved through father’s document. So please kindly share your Mom’s Documents similar to father’s documents”. Totally he took. All my families’ personal documents. For course activation, they asked 2, 955 Rupees. The EMI process got started of amount 7, 955 rupees by EMI Holder “Eduvanz”.Till now, I have paid total 63, 640 rupees. On recently, I got a job. So I decided to quit the course. Immediately, I raised a ticket on Skill Lync website. On next day morning, I got a call from them. I requested them to cancel the course because of financial reasons and said “Sorry sir, there is no cancellation policy”. Again they called me in evening, I was requesting how to cancel the course and close the loan, and they are giving advices about job guarantees, lifetime course, swapping the course etc. After the call, they closed my raised ticket. And at the time of joining, Skill-Lync doesn't mentioned that we have to pay the emi as loan, they just said that u have to pay the EMI amount monthly and asked me to do some procedures with Eduvanz. And also Eduvanz was keep on calling and asking me to pay the EMI amount and threatening that they will send some person to home for collecting the amount. I am getting frustrated of continuous calls from Eduvanz, I couldn’t concentrate on job. I cannot pay the EMIs, I don't want to continue the course, please cancel my course.

I need to cancel my course and loan immediately. Sir you’re my last hope sir please help

I paid 5000 on july 11th.these are my payments which i have done.total 55, 685.make it corection.then they will argue for small amount too.

My name is Alan John.I am pursuing BE computer science at SNS College of Technology .
On march i enrolled for a PG-Data analytics and Data Science course on skill lync a edtech company.
I paid 5000₹ as registration fees and i was informed about 22 months Emi of 6819 . After that i followed every procedure of eduvanz (loan partner of skill lync)

Till December I have paid my emi correctly.

But unfortunately my father was hospitalized and my family situation is very bad and I I'm working in a machinery shop as part time in between my college studies to look after my family and my father's hospital bill. I couldn't able to pay the emi . So there is no other way and I decided to cancel the course. I contacted eduvanz and they told me if the course is cancelled the emi will be closed.

I tried to request Skill lync but they denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc …

Note : Terms and conditions of skill lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz., pre-book, installments or full payments.

When i did the all loan procedure from eduvanz i signed a e nach mandate.
Provided them adhar card, pan card and e nach mandate signature on there form and submitted online.
And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account.
I just had to pay emis..which was not possible as my family condition is very bad ..

So i raised tickets on skill lync support system but it seems they are not willing to help.
And repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible ..

And from thereon eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI. Also they are telling that they will file criminal case against me.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..etc..
As a student, I'm depressed and couldn't concentrate in my college studies and part time job.

Now what to do..

at first an inside sales specialist in skilllync named karthika Arjuna called me to take course I clearly informed her about my financial background is very poor I am not interested in any paid courses sorry leave me, but after that Venkatram from skilllync again called me and convinced me to pay only first 3 months EMI and after that skilllync and he can bear all your payments by adding some refers .

After the conversation they asked me to send the documents like aadhar, pan, bank passbook, for registration. i send those to them.
After some days eduvanz representative called me to submit the missing document. eduvanz is a loan financial partner, I immediately called skilllync, and told " what is happening with my documents. i am not interested to join in these course, please cancel it", they said that not to fear fear, they will take care of all your payments.

I paid my three months of EMI after that they hands up and not even lifting my calls, so i paid upto 6 months after that i stooped paying EMI due to financial problem .

I have sent a course cancellation request mail many times (15 times) but they are not responding, after few weeks one executive called me about cancellation issue, they said that cancellation is not possible, continue your course, but they are not accepting the mistake happend for their side .

they did not said at the time of joining there is no cancellation policy.
I have also contacted to Team Manager also but they said that we are still working on your issue but they are not replied yet.

Skill Lync Is A Fake Online Institute. He is not provide online education only saying not a real..

Don't trust skill lync...

I am satya durga sandeep from Andhra Pradesh konaseema district recently I join PG PROGRAM EMBEDDED SYSTEMS WITH E.V APPLICATIONS course at the month of 4TH FEB 2023 in skill lync Skill lync is tie with eduvanz financing company
Before joining this course the person PAVAN belongs to skill lync he told to me only pay 4 months after will give you a paid internship and then you will get a guaranted job.
Skill lync and pavan said false statement about course and didn’t give me time to think. they pressure me to pay atleast 5000 rupees and book a seet
After joing 10 days I get a information through my friends and neibours which was skill lync is FRAUD I such in google clearily then I understood it was FRAUD. Then onwards I didn’t have satisfied for continoue this course. Not only that I didn’t take a DARE on payments because MY FAMILY IS VERY POOR. BOTH MY FATHER AND MOTHER ARE FARMERS.
Then I decided to CANCEL my course I clearlly explain to pavan after that they told me OK I CAN GIVE TO YOU UPDATE.., with in 2 days I checked my dashboard my course is blocked., but continuously getting calls from eduvanz to pay the EMI. They are giving mental pressure and hashly speak to me
But skill lync is not responding to me and I raised several calls to PAVAN but they did not lift my calls

Before joining this course, they told me only you pay 3 months emi then skill lync will give you a paid internship. And then you will get a guaranteed job above 4LPA.

The Skill Lync have tie up with the Eduvanz team. Skill Lync has given my details to the Eduvanz for Loan procedures. After seeing much unprofessionalism of courses …teaching…placements….etc from this company Skill-Lync, I wanted to cancel my course but this company is not responding to me. It’s been a 3 months & I am continuously getting calls from the bank to pay the EMI. They are giving mental pressures and harshly speak to me but Skill Lync is not all responding to any of my issues. I want my money to refund. And they never said about cancelation process information before or at the time of admission. Cancellation of my eduvanz loan i have not started and i dont want to and never.
I repeatedly messaging till August to cancel the course. There is no response at all. Skill lync entire team is not responding and not canceling the course.

I have all evidence regrads skill lync.

Skill lync Team said false statements about course and didn’t give me time to think and even i said- at present i dont have money I’ll enrol after 2 days. Then also he didn’t leave me and he asked me to pay the amount atleast 5000 .
After payment he offered that join another students and get money…through referrals.
They are planning various tactics to join their courses and giving false promises.
I raised several messages(tickets) on skill lync website and mailing stating my problem and thus requested them to cancel my course subscription.

Iam Gokulraaj from Chennai, I have enrolled in PG Certification in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Program in December month. I have joined the course for job change. But now in my present company they have changed me to different project so iam leaving for China for the project. So i couldn't able the continue my course. Hi myself is Syed Aftaf Raza I was preparing for GATE and searching for a job. Skill lync was contacted me and told me about the course on electric vehicle design the course fees was 2 lakhs and before joining the course they told me that you can cancel anytime you want we can take care of it so, I joined Skill lync on 5 February 2023. I took power design track but after 4 days they contacted me and told that now there is no market for power electronics track and told me to shift to embedded software for more job opportunities so I changed the track. On 5 March I got the job on my own efforts, in Hardware design which is different from the course they are providing so, I asked them to cancel the course because I don't need to learn embedded software and moreover I was also not interested they are now saying that there is no cancellation policy but before joining they told me that there is a cancellation. They asked me to pre book the course, I paid 10000rs for that and they said you can start your course whenever you feel like to or after a month, and one day I got a call for documents and all, I provided as required, I was not aware that it will be a third party loan, I thought skill lync is providing an EMI facility, I was not aware or being informed that they will start the EMIs even if I don't start the course, I needed some time to think if I can afford the course or not, but they did not asked if they should remburse the loan and start the EMIs, I started getting calls from Skill lync finance team and eduvanz for EMI. They are forcing me to start the course and assured me to only 3months EMIs only you need to pay, after that you will get internship from Skill lync for 10000rs stiffend. Thats the condition i start my course, almost 9 months completed from start of my course, before their representative promised me to afetr completing 3 course, you will get 4-6LPA salary package. Now i completed 3 courses, but now they told as per market only 2.5LPA package only available for you. I already explained to their representative i had 4 years experience in Site Execution. I have been requesting them to cancel my course and getting the same response that there is no cancellation policy which I have not been informed about, there was no such thing mentioned about "No cancellation policy", Somehow I paid the first EMI to save my civil score and I am not asking for refund, I don't want the money I paid, I just want to cancel the course but I am getting the same response I don't want the money I paid, all I just want cancellation, this is my humble request to Skill lync, please don't do this, this is unacceptable. Hi iam karthikeyan iam doing pg program in high rise building in skill lync for past 6 months the executive named dhinesh(mob no: [protected])called from skill lync side and said that its been valuable course for you you can start course by enrolling with amount of rupees 5000 and only limited seats are available and made me to enroll and I said i dont have such huge money to continue the course he convinced me to pay and he said you can continue with loan from edvance finance limited per month with emi of amount rupees-11364 per month and after three month you can have paid internship of 10000 .and I said i dont have enough money to pay emi as well .he convinced and said that you can cancell the course at any time if you have any personal issues and valuable reason .i have paid nearly 1lakh rupees i planned to cancel the course due to lack of money and financial issue problems the many executives from eduvance and skill lync call me to pay emi .person from eduvance financial team said that we will send our financial person to collect the amount from the home and thrittening me .the person dhinesh is now saying reversed there is no option for cancellation of course .iam having more financial problems I can’t able to continue the course please make way to cancel the course and loan make sure I don’t get calls from.the skill lync executive and eduvance finance team here after please .iam so much depressed many of the executive calling from different mobile numbers and asking to pay emi or otherwise we will send our team to you house.the executive from eduvance financial pvt limited keep on forcing and thrittening to pay emi .please concern my complaint and cancel my course in skill lync

I beg to say that I was a student of fellowship advance and joined on 22november, the process started from 13 november 2022. From day one I was facing many issues and finally decided to quit crio fellowship as on feb2023. The finance team took whole november 2022 for the loan process and verification after the loan got sanctioned, I attended 2 sessions from Dec batch[FE1 B1].

Then my crio account was on hold due to the finance team and they took whole december to verify my documents. New loan was sanctioned on Jan but many students were facing issues with the mentor and crio was not ready for mentor change so I paused my account for the Jan batch.

The reason I want to quit the fellowship is that I lost 3 months of my time and dont want to waste more time. I am going for an internship and dont want to do fellowship advance, even you extend my course I wont be able to attend.

I kindly request to close my loan. Details are mentioned below.

From starting he only told lie to us, I will mention what are all the statements he provided,

1. He didn't mention about the word ' LOAN'.
2.Only I have to pay fees for 4 months, so course fee is only 30k - 35k.
3. We will get you a job after 4 months.
4.Forced me to pay 5k on that particular day (15.6.22).
5.And most importantly collected all the documents (passbook pan card) by saying just for reference, after 4 months we will give money for intership that's y.
6.I have arrears, if someone is having arrear means there's no job guarantee, but he said he will get you a job even though I'm having arrears.
7. By using the word cancellation, he made me to pay 6 momths emi.

Sir, I trusted him and gave all the details but he didn't mention a single word about loan I'm from a middle class family sir, we received a mail from that private bank Fullerton India, we were shocked by that letter, after that only we came to know that he took loan for 1, 75, 000 in my name. After that i contacted and told this to mugnesh, that time also he didn't accept he told that it's not a loan you have to pay only for 4 months. We managed and paid for 4months sir because he promised to get me a job. But he didn't.eventhough if you're getting me a job i cannot pay this money. I directly came to your office and told about this problem one guy threatened me like I have to pay karthikeyan.[protected]@skill-lync.com and one mam sumaya.[protected]@skill-lync.com accepted that this fault from your company end only, never mentioned about loan is true. But steps are not taken till now to cancel the program. I have enough evidence with me. In the name of education they are exploiting innocent people looking for a job. They arrange loan from Eduvanz, a financial institution and these guys threaten you if you dont pay EMI. I have few call recordings with me.

The reply from skill lync is just to cover up on social media. YASH operations manager is not picking my calls or replying to my Whatsapp text messages and emails. The support team is also not replying to my email from a very long time.

Update (06/1/2023)

Someone by the name YASH (Operation Department) called me on 06/1/2023) after i posted this review and asked me to pay another 14, 000 rs to cancel the loan and when i declined they are not responding again. when i asked him to share his contact info (Email and contact number) his reply was 'for some reasons he cannot share his email also'. I will update again if i get a response from them.

At first people from skill lync said to me to just pay for 3 months instalments and due to my health reasons I could not attend these courses for month so I decide to cancel my course after paying the base amount of 3 installments but now they are forcing to pay the remaining loan.Also they even deny the information while enrolling me to the course and forcing me to do the remaining course and to pay off all the loan.while taking loan they said it would be for skill employees so that they need to provide for my classes now they are saying you personally have taken loan and should pay it.please help me I don't even have freedom to deny what I don't what.

Till the end of December 2022. I was a working professional and so thought of doing this course as I can manage 7045 EMI.
But unfortunately I lost my job due to layoffs. so I was left with only one option i.e cancelling the course.

I tried to request it from Ramesh from the financial team but she denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc.

I am facing serious problem now a days due to which I could not pay emi but skill lync and financing team forcing me to pay emi... I have raised ticket and call 5-6 times... And i have sent mail many times but they are not taking action against my complaint and they are saying your pan card and aadhar card would be block... I am very disturb and I will not focusing anywhere.my family asks me daily but i am not able to answering them., I am getting torcher... Please help me what should I do?

My name is Kavya. On November 27, 2022 i've enrolled for a Post Graduate Program in Data Analytics and Data Science course on Skill Lync a edtech company.
I have paid Rs 5000/- as registration fees and i was informed about 22 months EMI of Rs. 7, 045/month for 22 months. After that i followed every procedure of Eduvanz (loan partner of skill lync)

Till the end of December 2022. I was a working professional and so thought of doing this course as I can manage 7045 EMI.
But unfortunately I lost my job due to layoffs. so I was left with only one option i.e cancelling the course.

I tried to request it from Priyanka from the financial team but she denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc.

Note : Terms and conditions of skill lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments made including, whether pre-booking, instalments or full payments.

When i did the all loan procedure from eduvanz where i signed a e-NACH mandate.
Provided them adhar card, pan card and e-NACH mandate signature on there form and submitted online.
And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account.
I just had to pay EMI'S. Which was not possible as i lost the job.

So i raised tickets on skill lync support system but it seems they are not willing to help and repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible.

And from thereon eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc.

Now what to do..
Please need a help

In this scenario, Deepak Dinesh Kapadnis enrolled in a course offered by the Opposite Party, SKILL-LYNC, called "Post Graduate Program in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Design and Analysis" on July 9, 2022. The Opposite Party had informed him that the course fees would be 10000 per month, but did not disclose the additional cost of a loan. Once the admission process was completed, the Opposite Party informed him of the loan and its associated EMIs.

Deepak, belonging to a poor middle class family and being an educated unemployed person, requested for the cancellation of the course and loan as he was unable to afford the 10000 EMIs per month. However, the Opposite Party refused to cancel the course and refund the fees citing their non-refund policy. The situation caused significant distress for Deepak and the loan company also began to harass him.

On October 10, 2022, the Opposite Party sent Deepak Dinesh Kapadnis a letter o[censored]ndertaking stating that they would cancel the course and that Deepak would have to sign certain conditions. Deepak agreed and signed the document. However, after three months, the Opposite Party informed Deepak that the loan cancellation was still in process. On January 2, 2023, a representative from the Opposite Party called Deepak and informed him that the course would not be cancelled and that he would have to continue with the course. This caused confusion and uncertainty for Deepak as the Opposite Party had previously agreed to cancel the course and loan.

I got a call from skill lync said there are many course
They enrolled me for data science and analyst by influecing me by the repeated call.
They said will get a job with great salary like 48k per month.
They even told that me education loan will be provided by the company of their own eduvanz.
I made registration charge that is 5000rs
i was having financial problems also I found many bad review regarding the company so i never enrolled I have mailed that day only to cancel and refund the mony that is 5000inr
I requested them to cancel it.
I reach out to skill lync customer care but they give no response.
And they are calling me day to day after blocking call as we but they are calling with other number and asking to refer the course to others as well

I can’t able to continue my course due to some personal issues so I request them to cancel my course and subscription but still they taken money from my account . I’m feeling very bad . Hope i will get possible results for this complaint thank you.

And they will said your cib score also less so your were not taking loans in future also like that they said.nkw i have tension plz help me
