Skoda Kushaq Complaints & Reviews

I purchased Skoda Kushaq about 3 months back. From Day one I have issues, I took to the service Center Sanatnagar Hyderabad, they are helpless and very irresponsibble.
Complaints are
1. Driver Side Window is not working, as expected.
2. GPS Tracking is not working, Service center has spoiled it.
3. Cracking Noise while releasing the Brake,
4. Milage is only 6.5 KM/Liter

Service center is least bothered on my complaint, they are not even responding.
I need justice for purchasing this high end car. All Promises made to me while purchasing are false.

I PANKAJ KUMAR SINGH resident of Visakhapatnam and owner of AP31KX9268 would like to bring to your notice that today on 13 June 2022 my vehicle SKODA KUSHAQ stopped in the middle of the road with steering locked and brake failure, due to which we had collision with another vehicle and total loss of control.

With profound grief I lost faith in Skoda. The technical failure of the vehicle resulted into big disaster.

Following service errors were displayed on the vehicle EPC ERROR, COOLANT LEVEL ERROR, START/STOP ERROR, ENGINE SPEED ERROR, OIL SENSOR ERROR and hence unable to steer away on the highway resulted into heavy traffic violation.

However, with prolonged waiting vehicle was handed over to road side assistance department and towed to the showroom in Visakhapatnam. This is the second time we are facing trouble with EPC error and engine control units. Please note I want a detailed and thorough investigation to be done for my case and report accordingly. I will not accept such technical failure from Skoda.

Need your assistance and detailed explanation on this subject matter.
