I have already booked (Order #1079)Safari Glimpse 4W Set of 3 (56cm+69cm+79cm)Wine Red Hardsided Trolley x1 dated on 24/11/2022. But I have no any about my Oredr details, because I have not received my order tracking number.So please give me details where my order #1079.

Today, i. E.[protected] i went to canteen about 5.30 pm and purchase sky bag mexico cp 4 wheel, canteen csd no. 37472. After billing i have seen a cut mark on the handle of the bag. I told the staff of canteen who sold the bag and also said to the canteen staff but no body help me for replacement they told me to contact mr. Vivek for warranty and replacement. Accordingly, i have phoned to mr. Vivek but he badly behaved with me and said u can go and registered a complain, perhaps they can help you.
I will also talked with the customer care on no.[protected] but no positive response received, when i told him to chat me with your officer then he said this is not a policy matter of my company.
