Poor quality product and no customer support

Hi,
This is to inform you that I had purchased this bag from your site. I feel so bad that the quality of the bag is so poor. I feel betrayed from ordering the bag from site with full payment and received a poor quality bag which is very different from the bag which was available on your store. By doing this act of sending me this poor quality product you are tarnishing the image of your brand.
This is not expected from the reputed brand like skybags. I am very disappointed.
I therefore request you to return this product at the earliest and refund my money.

The product order placed online or web-orders never got dispatched from the skybags end.
Left message, voice message but no reply.
This is for the first time i have placed the web-order for the same item. Item availability is in stock. But there is a message that i will not received shipment.
For the first order placed on 10 march 2020, after placing calls and message several times, i will no response these people never shipped the item.
Lack of sincerity from skybags team on time.
Calling on number[protected], the ivr machine repeatedly says for leaving message press 1 or press 2 continue to talk to one of our representative. From last many days i am trying to connect to the people. I have left voice call and a order - related query message also many time but no response. But no

complaints against skybags

Had purchased a bag from "THE KAMAL STORES 90/6 M.G ROAD KOLKATA-700007" on 24/10/2018 of worth rupees 2520. During shopping this bag, shop manager told me if problem will arise more then replaced with new bag.After using it very less often the bag got torn form 6 different places and as per as the rules of the company it had 1 year warranty so I returned the bag to the shop with the bill and warranty card with a request of replacement but the company had stitched the bag and asked me to receive it from the purchased shop.
Why I will use the stitches bag?????
I am not satisfied with the service of such reputated company and I want either the replacement of the bag or my money to be refunded.
Attached some torn pictures of the bag with the bill and warranty card of the bag.
I would request the consumer forum to take effective measures against this complain asap.

poor product quality

I bought product - engage 4w exp strolly 68 wine red on march 2016. The quality of the product is that poor, it got broken in the very first use of it, while check-in at airport. The handle was broken and the cloth around it tore completely. I gave it for servicing at hyderabad (Service form document no - s49mr17/11), where the handle was repaired, but the cloth is not set properly, making it unfit for usage.
Worst customer service. Product quality also not worth of money.

My name is Abinandhan and I purchased these bag before a week ago now my bag colour was totally fade . I take my bag and go to the shop for replace with bill and warrenty card but they are not response ...and I call them they only said to mail us.now my bag look was not good so please replace my bag . Now my bag looks like not a new bag looks like a two years old bag.

Yesterday I purchased skybag suitcase from bigbazar they told me actual price is Rs 7766 and we are giving u more than 50% discount. I asked him whether you are fooling people by putting your own price tag, he answered no ma'am we are not doing like this. But actually they put new price tag on previous price tag only, when I removed new price tag actual amount written on that was Rs 4530. I want consumer forum to take strict action aainst it and they should give penalty to me so that they will not fool people again.

I purchesd it and within one month it stat rip.It destroyed my bags look ...so iwant to replace it
