I applied for correction in PAN on 22.12.22 and made payment of Rs.169 online vide payment ID [protected] but corrected PAN has not been received till now.

I've paid 169rs through online process to skynyx tech through payU payment for the updation of name and DOB of my mother previous pancard.I would like to file complaint and demand refund.
