Skytech Group Complaints & Reviews

I had booked flat in skytech Matroitt and made regular payment. When the date of possession delayed, I was assured of adjustment or penalty. And since I am on transferable post, I am trying hard since long to connect with officials of the skytech group. But after a call and getting detail, they stop picking call nor give any detail. My money is stuck nor there is any communication or possession. All demands for payments by them had been made on mail. But now they are completely incommunicado and I am helplessly running after people to get status update.

Our complain is for builder named mayank chawla s/o rakesh chawla who is running a company in the name of skytech group. He charges unjustified maintenance charges from the residents of the society. He increases the maintenance chargers without any prior notice to the society residents. This is the only builder who is charging 2.85 paisa per square fit maintenance charges which is 4800 per month.
He is taking this money in advance and not paying the payments on time to cipl, society housekeeping department, security guards etc.
He also providing free electricity facility to their relatives living in this society. There is no meter installed in their flat and electricity is direct. Again this burden is coming on other society members, which is indirectly adding in our maintenance charges.

My complain is about a builder named Mayank Chawla s/o Rakesh Chawla who is running a company in the name of Skytech Group this builder is a very pathectic biulder who daily harrasess the residents of his society/project "Skytech Magadh" located at Vaishali - Ghaziabad.

Moreover he charges unjustified maintenance charges from the residents of the society.If the residents raise there voices for this unjustified charges...
