Sleek Modular Kitchen Complaints & Reviews

I have a sleek modular kitchen installed in Kangra Himachal 1.5 years ago. The material I asked from Miss Suman Lohani, the designer was supposed to be water resistant but the doors under my kitchen sink couldn't with stand an occasional obvious trickle of water during this time. The doors are swollen now and I filed a complaint with the customer care. The local designer came in and created a video and assured that the doors will be replaced....

The company has taken amount and sent the kitchen after 6 months.
They have poor service.
They do not even give response to the emails and phone calls.
There are so many flaws in measurements and racks that are fitted by project manager @priyanka Sharma....
