Sleek Modular Kitchen Complaints & Reviews

I have a sleek modular kitchen installed in Kangra Himachal 1.5 years ago. The material I asked from Miss Suman Lohani, the designer was supposed to be water resistant but the doors under my kitchen sink couldn't with stand an occasional obvious trickle of water during this time. The doors are swollen now and I filed a complaint with the customer care. The local designer came in and created a video and assured that the doors will be replaced. After 2 months with no response I followed up with customer care and state customer representative Mr. Sohan Sarin who again assured that doors are under fabrication. But then in a couple of days he informed that my damage is not covered under the so called 10 year warranty as the damage is because of continuous seepage of water. I am not sure how miraculously Mr. Sarin knows that water has been seeping into my doors from 1.5 years. He should leave sleek and join secret service. As obvious Miss Lohani is very conveniently not reachable now. In a nut shell I believed in a brand which boasts about being genuine and customer oriented but its just another blatant lie to lure customers into their trap.

The company has taken amount and sent the kitchen after 6 months.
They have poor service.
They do not even give response to the emails and phone calls.
There are so many flaws in measurements and racks that are fitted by project manager @priyanka Sharma.

I have book my sleek kitchen from dealer aakar indore.. Which promises me to deliver me in 25-30 days today it’s ali most two months daily i am struggling to make my kitchen complete and that to nicely.. They take measurements in mom and figuring have gaps of inches.. No experts visits r done as per promised only sales guys came at my place.. Even the design and colours also caring which they show final pic of animated render copy of our final kitchen many company it wrongly placed or missed.. They took almost complete amount in advance saying they r not able to deliver it without full pay me to am really fade up of completely mp team.. Really services r hopeless.. Slowly dealer also stops taking interest.. It’s seems waist of money in name of branded company in just less then half price this work can be done by local carpenter what they r doing on name of brand.. They talk of gurantess and warrents of 7 years.. Which has prb from every first day...
