I’ve ordered 3 baguette bags and haven’t recieved it yet . It’s been more than 2 months . Can I get an info abt it please whether it has been shipped or not...

Please note that I had ordered a PJ set from your site long time back.
And I haven’t received it yet . There is no customer care contact number at the site and no tracking info regarding the same .
I had mailed also but there was no response.
And the order is already paid .
Please provide the status of my parcel?...

I have ordered a coat in Sleepwearhouse.com on 22nd Dec, 2020 and the site is unavailable now to track my order. They have razorpay as their payment partner. I have also sent an email to Sleepwear email contact but haven't recieved any updates on it. Since the website was not legit and Razor pay being its Payment partner, I kindly request you to issue refund.

After placing the order I couldn't see any tracking information about my order and upon further investigating I found that multiple users who have reported the same issue where the website does not show any tracking information and never delivers the product after taking the money....
