Sleepycat Mattress Complaints & Reviews

Before purchasing this product, I visited a Pepperfry showroom nearby and found the Sleepycat Hybrid Latex mattress, which met my requirements satisfactorily. However, I later found the same mattress listed on Flipkart at a better price and decided to order it from there. Upon receipt, I discovered that the mattress was not as described; it was 5.5 inches thick instead of the advertised 6 inches, and the firmness level was significantly softer than stated. I requested a return for this incorrect/wrong product. Flipkart sent a technician for a quality check before processing the return. But the technician Mohasin Shaikh refused to accept it, claiming that Flipkart itself ask us to reject return & does not accept returns for this product dismissing the size discrepancy as a minor issue. I am shocked by this response. They both flipkart & seller doing fraud.

When I am ordering on May 19th, 2022 I noted the product spec it mentioned product has the 100 trial nights on your website.but now I am asking your customer care executive, we don't have the option for return, I am very disappointed,
And I am not getting a proper response from the "Sleepycat" customer service side. I am following the last 10 days but I am not getting any mail also.Please find the below screenshot for your reference.

I have ordered two customised mattresses for my double bed on 28 feb 2022, One out of two matress is low in height and another one is more in height because of that my bed has an uneven surface(pictures attached for reference).
It is very hard to sleep on such surface which is uneven.
I informed sleepy cat team same about this.
They given me option for replacement or refund on mail.
I asked them please replace it, on which they replied “due to some operational reason we have stopped taking customised order” so they will now provide only refund.
So, how can I purchase two matress of different company each. They are giving me refund for one matress and i am left with 1 sleepycat matress.

I spend around Rs18000 for these matress to sleep peacefully. Its more than a month they are not giving me any solution, i am feeling cheated and helpless.

I purchased bed in amazon
When i am using memory foam mattress my backpain got increased and unable to sleep more than 3 hours
My backpain got increased while using this bed
I contacted the seller, he said use the bed for atleast one week then only your body will adjust, i used for 10 days but still i am facing the severe pain, i am not using the bed since 3 days, now he is not responding

I asked refund for this product because its a defective, if they fail to provide refund i asked replacement, but they are rejecting for that

I raised amazon a-z guaranteed claim policy, but they denied my claim
In sleepycat official website they mentioned 30 days free night trail but they are not agreeing for their policies
I am sharing 30days free night policy and refund policies
