Paymey and customer care service issue

I have the total bill of rupees 25, 772 and the date of payment was 5 th of June but I couldn't able to repayment for financial issue and it's been 11 days now .The total monay I have to pay is 28, 300 with interest .
And the details given. In the Google that if didn't pay after 5 days of billing date then the payment method automatically change to EMI.
But there is nothing happened any EMI on my payment method why.
And the customer care team is so bad that they put me on hold saying that they transferring the call to higher one but they just hold the call and doing their own talking.
I was waited for 4 minutes but they didn't respond and I cut the call and call the CC again this time they transfer the call to higher one but again I have waited approximately 4 to 5 minutes but they didn't response.
This the way they treated their customer.
And why the payment method didn't change,

Complaining about loan recovery department.
I already paid the full loan amount still getting a call from recovery department of slice.They tortured using bad words to repay the loan.Even if i paid all the loan still they are calling.Please take a action to this company.This company is fraud company.

I have downloaded app of slice. i have submitted all documents they required. i got credit card. i have not made any purchase and not make any payment through that card. i have received messages regularly from slice that i have dues to repayment. i surprised that when i have not make any purchase or transaction then why i could be liable to pay them. but they regularly sending messages. once i have demanded my statement how much i have to...

Refund of 4495.5 not recieved since 4 months
This is with respect to a payment of 8991 made on 3rd Jan using my Slice Credit Card. Refund for a part of an order was recieved in my account. However merchant (TataCliq) had confirmed refunding the whole order amount, in two parts. I shared with Slice team the transaction reference given by TataCliq and requested them to trace and process the pending refund of Rs. 4495.5.
It's been 3 months since the issue was raised, still there has been no resolution to it.
For last two months I did not get any update. Also I got no reply to my mails many a times.
It was told in last communication on 17 Feb that it will take 30-45 days.
It's been more than 2 months beyond that.
And the team keeps closing my issue saying the refund has been made. However till date I haven't got the pending refund amount credited.
It's been 3 months since the issue was raised, still there has been no resolution to it.
For last two months I did not get any update. Also I got no reply to my mails many a times.

Deduction of hidden charges without notice to the customers
I had a transaction for Rs -10124.99 from slice card through rent on credit card (Paytm), it was showing Rs-10000 for rent and remaining Rs-124.99 for paytm rental charges, l received OTP for the same as Rs- 10124.99, I completed my transaction successfully, but my amount was deducted Rs- 10276.87(Rs -151.88 slice deducted withoutnotice of customer), In slice transaction showing rental convenience fee Rs - 151 .88, I received and I approved OTP for only Rs - 10124.99 but my amount deducted Rs10276.87, slice has doing fraud with Customers and looting their money without intimation, OK i[censored] have any charges you need to mention before deductions and you need mention in final amount in OTP (including your charges), and without approval (OTP) how you deduct my money, and how you fix your prices you need to inform the customers first, deduction of hidden charges means cheating of customers and lost of trust, not satisfied with the slice services. for your reference please find the attachment and do the needful.

I have amde a transaction using slice card in goibib.com, Due to some cancellation reason goibibo has refunded me the amount of 8984.28 in my slice card. but this amount i am not getting from fraud sliceit.com . they said that it will show in your slicecash. but it is not showing. instead of refunding my money, they are charging me late fee and interest on per day basis. i am totally harrased by this incedent. i want to take some stict action against these ###

Refund not reflecting in slice app
I had ordered few grocery items from Amazon due to some issues that got cancelled and refund of 875 rupees had to hit my slice account.
I had contacted Amazon and they confirmed that the total refund of 875 was processed but slice app shows only partial refund and asking me to pay the dues.
Why should I pay extra monies and where is my refund ?

Slice Fraud Transaction
On Mar7, i tried calling slice customer card and the number was not in use. The number taken from office slice site. After that i got a call from person saying he is calling from slice. He sent me a link and i followed as he instructed. Nearly 40K debited from my slice account. I Still didnt get my slice credit also. Its weird how credit card transaction is happening without the credit card.

Refund issue
I am trying to calling there team from last 5 days nobody's picking the call even not replying on my tickets which I raised in there slice app. Worst service I've ever seen.As per paytm they refunded my amount in my slice card but I am unable to see any transactions in my card regarding that If you can help me for the same please do ASAP. Refund payment issue and fraud with me please action against slice

Hello ny name is juhi and the issue with my credit card is that I purchased an item from Flipkart worth 2998 but returned it so the refund has came back before the due date of its submission of money which was 5th Jan.
Since I've got my refund back the balance shown in my slice app is clear but I'm receiving emails that I have to pay back the refunded money with extra charges of late submission which is Rs 2110. I'm not understanding that when my account shows clear balance why my card is on hold and why I'm receiving emails about repaying the money. Due to this my credit score is getting low and your customer support number isn't responding. I've been trying to contact the customer care no. from last 1 month through call and mails but no response is there. employee bad behavior with me.
Please check if there's any glitch. this is very irresponsible behavior of your. Very disappointed

Hello Sir,
This is to bring to your kind attention that inspite of keeping slice team informed about my financial situation. My husband has lost his job and I am unable to manage my expenses and loans hence I am making small payment every month and also seeking advise from single debt. However slice collection team is continuously making calls, calling my relatives and also my office colleagues which is absolutely not the right way of helping customer in financial problems.
Slice team change your strategy of collecting payments not at the cost of harassment.
This has caused me lot of distress and have also gone to an extent of harming myself into an vulnerable situation.
My financial details have already been sent to this team also along with offer amount and this payment payying regularly.
Need compensation for the same and need help.

Issue with Generated Amazon Gift vouchers
Hi Team,
I purchased amazon pay gift vouchers 15000/- in slice app. After purchase I received gift cards with one card 5k and one card 10k. When i am trying to add the gift voucher’s in my amazon pay account it is showing already redeemed by someone else. I tried so many times it is showing same error for both the gift cards. I have already raised complaints through slice app and email. But till now no one is not responding. For why slice customer care team not responding. This is not the small amount .Please check and solve my issue as soon as possible. Please find attached screenshots for reference.

I got a call from this no[protected] and he was knowing that my virtual card was not opening which was on this website https://sliceit.justdial.com/ i thought the website was of justdial so i believed them and they ask me for the otp which i gave them blindly by trusting them but the transaction was not from mobile it was my fault that i gave them the otp but the transaction wasnt done by me . i have attached the transaction id which he did by asking me the otp . I reached the customer care but today was saturday so they were not available . Kindly plese help mee out regarding this please i wasnt me who did the transaction

I have no pending od from slice pay.
Even my credit amount available is more than what is given to me by slice.
Slice is not responding to my mails nor receiving any calls. they are writing mails of penalty amount daily irrespective of any overdue and degradingg my CIBIL score. I am going to raise FIR against them for such a pathetic behaviour

I'm complaining about getting threats from company's employees for loan repayment

I had taken loan to which I had asked time to repay my loan as this is the first time in 4 years I had missed paying the loan back in time. Due to COVID I had to face job lose and I cannot see any other source from where I can pay my loan back so I had called help desk like many times for granting me to give so time. But now it has become worse as their employees had started threatening me by calling from different number, and evening sending whatsapp threat messages. There is no use of complaining this to the customer care as it is useless! They hire some local employees with no sense of how to take with customer using unprofessional abusive talking skills and tactics. Such a shame for a big firm company to do this. I have no option left now. Don't know what is gonna happen next. If there is anyone I can get help from do suggest what to do.

Reporting for fraudsters organization
Firstly I request to those who read my comment Don't Order this Slice Credit card because this Company is totally a Fraudsters as this company Leaks the Credit card details to the Fraudsters and Steal money in your credit card and then creates a EMI with High rate of Interest.
Recently these Fraudsters Initiate a Transaction of Rs.8616/- which is completely Impossible for the Limit set Card of Rs.2000/- and when I complained to CYBER CRIME PORTAL these Fraudsters Demand Validation Copy and when I give Validation Copy these Fraudsters tell me that You have to pay the amount without considering your APP LIMIT FAILURE then I filled the Transaction to RBI and share all the Documents with these Fraudsters and this Matter continue to extend from Last 6 Months and these Fraudster call me Repeatedly for the Amount that they stolen.
So Overall I recommend the students Don't Order these Cards and All knows its a Tough time where Employment market is not well. So its better to be keep away from Fraudsters. Don't Consider There Market Offers Only these guys make Trap and Charge High Interest Rate to the Students.
If possible I will make CONSUMER AFFAIRS COMPLAINT as well.

I have taken amount of 9084 to paytm from slice card for which including interest it is 9626, and i choose to pay the amount in 2 EMI with no extra charged which is 4813 but they have charged me extra late charge which is fine for me.and the 1installment amount with late charge i paid 5032 on 13th july and my remaining balance is 4813 which i have to pay by 21 august, but now they are asking me to pay the whole amount of 9084 and telling me that i have spent it on august, wheres in aug i have spend only 2600 which is including extra charges is 2750.As per me i have to pay 4813+2850=7563.they are asking me to pay 14239.They are providing any invoice and not responding, my penality is increasing because of there no response.please help me, my cibil score will became bad because of this company, please take action for this fraud company.
