Sir I JC 389562H Nb Sub Shashi Kumar apply new card Form No SA 3413609 and DD No 691019 and letter 18 Jul 2021. My card not prepare as on date. This company is fully responsible for my one yrs CSD benefits those are lose not cover . So pls help me. Jai Hind

Sir,
As SMS has been received from you on 01 October 2020 stating that my CSD canteen smart cards have been personalized vide file No C/JBP/31107 and the same can be collected after 10 working days from URC. It is regretted to inform you that the smart cards have not been received in URC till date.
Kindly look into the matter.

Sir we place order for purchse of access control system for urc 11 kumaon (Urc code 1952) on 25 jan 19 vide our letter no 2081/pri/can dt 25 jan 19. The delivery of access controll system not made till date. Csd depot jabpalpur not issue store to this urc due to lake of access control system. You are requested to confirm the dilevery at the earliest or confirm the status of the dilevery. Your coperation is highly appreciated....
