Dear sir/ madam,
I got a parcel from smart galaxy today. They call me 5-6 days ago and said that my jio number is being selected in an offer. The offer was that i will get j7 prime whose original price is rs 13, 999 and they were giving it for rs 3500. Today when i opened the parcel which came at panchavati post office, there was a coin and statue of god instead of mobile.
Sir my request to you is please take severe action...

Date of incident: 16.11.2017

I got a call referring from samsung india, addressing a fact they have a samsung j7 prime promotional offer ongoing, if i wish to to accept the offer i will have to pay inr 3500.00 for owning the phone.

I was fooled by sending god idol inside the package.

I would like you to take immediate action against the same....

I have been contacted by person which claims to be from samsung. And they said they have selected me in their member list and they offer me a samsung galaxy j7 prime which cost around 15900. They said since you are member so i can give you at 3500 rupees only.
