Payment of Principal and Interest not recieved since 12.5 years. Neither communicated to the investors on what is happening. Giving false promises on the payments orally and escaping with excuses....

I am am investor in BLR- NOA- HIL in 2016. I have been waiting to exit from this project since 2019. No success so far. Of late, they stopped responding to the mails and calls. No information on when this project is going to be exited....

The payouts as committed by Smart Owner and also, exits of the certain projects are long pending. For eg, MVC is a project is close to a decade where they are suppose to exit by 5 years which is not exited still.
The dividend payouts for GDN and NCDs not released since 2 years.
They do not respond to phone calls and mails and no communication as to why the delay is.
Everytime, some excuse is given to agencies through which we invested is given.
They call themselves team of professionals but their practices are unethical and looks like they are not genuine.

Invested in the GDN project in Oct 2018z Got Quarterly payouts for sometime but it stopped last year. Highly suspicious.
Would like to join others in filing a complaint against Smart Owner....
