From my City Union bank account INR 5320.90/- was debited today 2023 April 10th and I want to know to which account is debited and I want to cancel the autopay

Savings No XXXXXXXX06 debited with INR 5320.90 towards TO ECS CR/DR: ECS DEBIT: CTRAZORPAY::00121 on 10-APR-2023.Avl Bal 3335.56

My number is [protected]. Smartcoin loan application is continuously harrasing me and continuously threating me daily. I have already said to that company that my current financial condition was very bad and I have no money. And my wife health condition was very bad. They are continuously disturbing me daily. Please take necessary hard step against this company and please close my current loan. I am really very worry now. Please reply me.

Already pay the emi of 6461 but my payment is not updated yet it will shows your payment is overdue.

Smartcoin: After 2 times repayment automatically app not working also device changed but not working.if onothee person new profile create then working.
Despite being fair with these guys and repaying their loans on time this is what I get when I open the app for another loan availing :

"But its not open ...mobile hanging..
He take high processing feess and at the time of high loan request they block profile

And when I write to them, they simply do not reply to my emails plus I have uploaded my real documents on their application and have availed loans for like 5-6 time or maybe more.

Am I a fraud?

Do let me know what you smartcoin guys think of me as! I need a damn straight answer to why my profile is inaccessible.
