I purchased a hosting service from this company and after using some month i upgrade my plan but sometime website is down but i ignore it because the price low. But last 1 month my website is completely down and no response from coustomer support

They are fraud company, they are scammer please take an action consumercomplaints.in, if they don't respond i will file an FIR because of this my entire data lost

I have paid the money for hosting to smile hosty. However my website is down from 11th of July. I tried to contact their customer care but no one is responding to calls. I also mailed them but same no response from their side. Very unreliable hosting. I want to migrate my website to other hosting but I can’t even do it now
