They are fraud company, they are scammer please take an action https://www.consumercomplaints.in if they don't respond i will file an FIR because of this my entire data lost...

I have paid the money for hosting to smile hosty. However my website is down from 11th of July. I tried to contact their customer care but no one is responding to calls. I also mailed them but same no response from their side. Very unreliable hosting. I want to migrate my website to other hosting but I can’t even do it now...
