Dear sir,
I am suma from bangalore. I made payment to smotpro via payumoney on 6 october 2017 twice using my debit card. These two transaction were failed but amount was deducted from my account. Even i got success message from smotpro for these two failed transaction and merchant was telling like he didnot get transfered amount and finally i made one more payment (Third payment) to merchant which was successful transaction. Please quickly check it and refund my money for the two failed transaction as soon as possible. I really appriciate your help and support.
