We are only the services product people mostly buy from us in bulk and they sell with their own ideas like physical marketing, through Calling. But please share other details we will take action on this. and yes if you have our vouchers with the name of SMR INFOTECH, you can redeem your holidays.

They callled me also today. This time they asked for 8, 490 from me.
Even the way they talk, you can easily tell that they are a bunch o[censored]neducated scamsters.

They called me and told me that they are from a VISA Company.

They called my father today said the same thing that they are calling from the visa company and smooth talked my father into paying 8490. They gave us an address saying it's the official company address and they refuse to cancel or refund the money. They still promise the same 3 night 2 day holiday vouchers along with 6 thousand rupees cash back vouchers and a leather wallet and a belt. Please don't make any payments to such calls made online. It's all scam

I also got a call and asked me to pay 8490 on a link. They offered me some free gift and free vouchers.
when I refuges started harsh language. if I not paid said amount then I have to pay bout 11200 for cancellation fee.

this is pure cheating. two years back one of the credit card was offered at Rs.6500 and along with some gifts and vouchers were sent as a promotional offer.

now they are saying you have selected for the same to continue and you have to pay for Rs 8490 or Rs 11200.

now matter visa denying that they not offered credit card, they were offered VISA master card.
company not providing any mail. all they do on phone call.
what to do if the payment is credited on account?

They also cheated me 9990/- SMR Infotech is helping those scamster by selling there gateway. I am asking for refund because they are selling the gateways to these scamster. They called me on the behalf of membeship service and shows fake commitments and vouchers.

They provided me this services on the name axis bank private limited services department,
They given me same benefits of travel and stay and other things in this package which costed me around 9990, and their vouchers were received by me, and that’s the point where real ### starts, they deny their promises, they charge extra money to avail this vouchers, they don’t answer YOUR QUERies, and in first place they will also promise you to refund your money whenever u want i[censored] don’t use their services, but when u try to cancel it, they said to me it’s not possible u have to wait for 1 year from the date your membership started, at last i said ok for it, but today someone from their department call me to renew my services, the first thing i ask from them was it’s 1 year membership first of all why r u calling me now, so they said u have not activated our services in first three months so your membership vouchers and all has been dissolved, ( and the fact is they haven’t told me anything this before). And when try to talk with them about this their tone was totally different and at last they give me option either renew this for same amount or pay us 36000 for cancellation, and i was just shocked like what the, then i said when i have not used any service or anything and secondly u have also done fraud already with me then why i will pay anything now whether it’s renew or cancellation, but she didn’t answer like sir just tell me renew or cancellation at this very point, she was like they were creating a mental pressure on me to do either thing, so was not able to understand anything at very this moment so cut the call and call again after 5 min and then that lady was like I have transferred your call for cancellation and now ready to pay whole sum amount, i said who the hell have given u any confirmation and all and she was like I can’t talk to you anymore and she disconnected by saying u have given us authorisation previously to auto deduct this amount and now it can’t be stopped, do whatever u can do. Now guy’s I’m tensed can pls anyone help me in this matter.

They also called me today and told me if i want to cancel i have to pay ₹11500 as cancellation charges. They told me to pay ₹9990 offer is for life time we give 7000 cashback on your recent purchase 2holiday 1 domestic and 1 in asia and all .i thank God because I started make making payment of ₹9990 through my credit card then suddenly my payment was declined then he told me to send screenshots of that declined payment.
After that he said make that payment through any UPI . They are scammers. Plz don’t get fooled by these people . My God save me . The one who called me named Raj mehra and another one is Rishabh singh . Plz be alert .
