Dear Maam/ Sir, Today I went to Ortho Department of the Swai Man Singh(SMS), Hospital. Sir The guard who was deployed at Ortho Department was very unprofessional.He was not only misbehaved but also abused with me and other patients.He was treating patients like animals and pushing them outside the Department. While he allowed those who patients who gave bribe to him. Thus Maam / Sir take appropriate actions against such errant public servants...

I submitted my father in a much better position but after arriving here, he started losing his health quickly.. He became worse the worst... Why they have opened this useless hospital .. It doesn't make any sense to me how can a hospital be like this... Just because they charge less money doesn't give it right to make a person have undignified treatment... The behaviour of icu doctors is full of antipathy.. They lack sensitivity.. They are jokes.. And there is nothing called timing.. Onl6 huge queues, hopeless wait, stinking atmosphere, no respect for human life . I want government to do some serious enquiry regarding how this hospital is functioning... Does a poor person not have the right to live? A dignified life is a basic fundamental right... Please don't make a person s life a joke.. I can go on and on about what kind of mental trauma I went through here ... I hope someone is listening out there

I want to make a complaint about ambulance service. There was a severe accident at c scheme and the ambulance made us wait for 10 minutes, also there were only 2 people in the ambulance including the driver.
We were asked to help to hold the injured man and put him in the ambulance.
This was disgusting because he was paining too much but the driver was too slow.
Kindly see as it is a matter of someone’s life.
It’s a very serious issue also for future purpose.

My complaint is regarding the management of this Hospital. My aunt had open heart surgery here, but she only had 2 family members with her in the hospital and after the surgery, the nurse handed over a list of medicines every 10 min and ask us to bring them from the pharmacy, and the pharmacy is another block. How many times a family member will do up and down for the medicine? And imagine the situation if there is only 1 family member with the patient, and that too an old age man. How will he run so much for the medicine?
What you can do it, write all the required medicine once on paper and ask us to bring it all at once, rather than asking us to bring it in every 10 min, this is irritating, frustrating, and laborious work.

Ya to ap pharmacy ko aas pas banaiye ki jane me jada time na lage or jada bhagna na pade, wrna family members waise hi pareshan hote hai, aplog unhe or pareshan krte hai bar bar dauda ka...
This is really frustrating, thakk jaye aadmi daudte daudte..
Baki doctors are very good and professional.

I have encountered a person in front of 3AB ward 2nd floor, who was removing people in front of wards. He was drunk and was arguing inappropriately. Please check the camera on 3rd Nov at 2.10 am

Sir my patient is case of head injury currently on ventilatory support . ICU doctor require opinion and recommendation from CT ward and CTVS ward but there is no response from both and send here and there and everywhere return to me to ward
Please help me otherwise I will go consumer court

My mother smt. Sarla Devi from Alwar district is admit in radio therapy female ward 1st floor, I have a bill for the rt pcr test but the sample was not collect by the medical staff and use the foul language today

My father was admitted there in covind, every day patients were dieing.

There was ward of 120 beds.
No one patient able to leave and go back to home.

Everyday 5-6 patient dying from a single ward (2F) corona ward.

I lost my father there, I can not pardon myself for this life threating mistake to admitted there.

If you want to live, to your patient, please don't go there .

Doctors and nursing staff are ridiculous and non sense.

It hard to belive they are MBBS holder doctors.

Do we have to go government hospitals only when we can't afford the medical expenses and also do we have to compromise all lack of facilities and misbehave of staff and even security guard for using government facilities

This incident is of SMS hospital Jaipur.one security guard misbehave with my relative when I am admitted for appendix operation.
when I reacted on that he raised hand on him and also misbehaved with my wife.And this is not the end when the supervisor of security guard came to solve the situation he started blaming us and also started pointing us on mask then I put on my mask then in revert I asked him to out mask properly then he is saying he is super power he can do anything then I tried to record all his nonsense then he tried to broke my phone .Is this our new India.
After all i am attaching a photograph or guard scratched my wife hand and a lot of galiyan he gave like tumhare baap ka hopital h kya private hospital jao and all.
Name of guards Pintu meena, supervisor (Superpower he said)of the company and one more person is there but they don't tell us his name. Hospital authority should take a strict action on this bcz this is not first time a lot of complaint are there only on security guards. And if you can not secure woman how could govt. Talk about woman Empowerment.

Patient is 92 years old, slightly violent and guard misbehaving then ward boy using foul language - " tere ko bataoon kya".
They don't help in stretcher transfer... i believe this comes in ward boys duty..
Then these goons will tell foul language.
Doctor sitting there, allowing attendees to plead with guard.
And then allowing them to use foul language. They listened what they gave - a foul reply.

Doctors even after knowing everything, allowed everything and said - "this isn't
my job".

Dear Sir

Today my father was having a biospy at SMS Room no. 10.
The Dr. asked me to buy some medical requirement on urgent basis. As the same was not available in SMS so i purchased the same from outside. When i tried to enter the building again, the guard stopped me and asked for the gate pass. I complied with the requirement but he stopped/pushed me and didn't not allowed me to enter. I explained to him its an emergency please allow me to enter but he was adamant to not let me enter even when the other guard allowed me to go to the biospy room.
He pushed me multiple times and his managing guard also came and without any reason threaten me again and abused me and both of them pushed me vigrously.
The 3rd Guard came to my rescue and asked me to go from other gate as these guard are used to such habit.
This instance is for the gate of emergency near the ayurvedic centre.
Request you to please take the cognizance as the people are already very disturbed and this instances escalate the pressure even more

Such Doctors and compounder is really misbehaving in emergency ward.This is not acceptable.

I want to bring ur attention towards dr mohit jain ( surgeon) in dhanwantri sms hospital room no 10...he is the worst doctor i have ever seen in my life...he told us to come next day but when we went he said that i didnt told u to come u r lying to me ..but in actually he lied...what they want is free salary nd doesnt want to do any work...pls never visit him...i havent seen such a rude doctor ever...he talked very rudely to us..too impolite he was... misbehaved wid us...he is not even worth to call a doctor...even he was talking vry rudely to every patient ...sms authority should not appoint such doctors who even didnt knw how to talk to patients..i called him 20times after that he picked my cal nd said who u r u to questioning me where i m never call me etc etc...i havent feel insulted lyk this ever before

The person with a short height who sits at night in the blood bank did the changes in form without anybody's permission . The patient is in icu and doctor gave a form for 3 blood units we got 2 in the night and was told to take one in morning 6 am . There was a new person along with the short height one and the person started to fight me that there is only 2 written while it was clearly visible that someone overwrite on it and when doctor called to clear that she wrote 3 units the new person changed it again to 3 and the night duty person ran off so that I cannot complaint about him . My father (Nahar Singh Maheshwari) have to suffer because of that guy and the operation got a little delayed Kindly help me and others who face this and make him understand.

1. With due respect i would like to bring to your notice that a recent incident of corona suspect in churu district (Bhangivad) named santosh kanwar w/o hari singh rathore with his family was picked on 28 mar 20 at 0200 hrs in the night time by hospital authorities of sawai man singh hospital, jaipur.
2. That time hospital staff told them that after few diagnosis and test, all family members will be relieved.
3. On 29 mar at around 1430 hrs hospital authorities relieved them after report comes negative, but they told them to go by own convenience.
4. Sir my efforts are to let you convince that my family members not carried any money but hospital staff told them that this is not their responsibility to drop them to home.in this situation they were forced to sit at road side continuously till 2130 hrs.
5.in present scenerio of this pandemic disease corono virus hospital staff shows sense of irresponsibility toward my family members to force them sit outside hospital continuously for 7 hrs.
6. Since my father is gone through heart surgery and no medicines are provided by hospital staff being told continuously.
7. Family member includes 04 members includes 02 children and one 60 years aged person.
8. Sir it is being part of harrasment to my family members and i request you to dealt the defaulters and initiate necessary action, so that this situation not occurs in future.

My father admit in troma centre. Staff and doctor both r soooo bad. So rude behave. Soo bad behave.. All doctor and staff so careless. My father died. Because doctor never care my father and never checkup time to time. And the night staff sooo rude and talking the realtive of patients is so bad.. Using abuse word. I request u please take a action for troma staff

I am vishal sharma from mumbai. My mom is admitted in sms hospital jaipur (Swine flu observation ward). Today's date is[protected] in morning i was stopped by security guard at emergency gate just because i don't have the gate pass than i respect his words and i stopped there. I waited there for 10 - 15 mins than i arrange the gate pass and i showed him than i don't know what happen to him he strictly with rude words stopped me again and told me tum yaha se nhi ja sakte. I genuinely asked him, you asked me for gate pass and now i am showing you than what is the problem. He literally pushed me and told me chal nikal yaha se. I told him this is not done who gave you rights to push me i will complaint to your senior authorities after that more 2 guards came over there and start threatening me and they both pushed me again and told me nikal yaha se varna dhakka duga to muhh ke ball girega. I literally don't understand anything why they are doing this.
After that i dialed the complain number which i found from google the number is [protected] and complain over there, that call center guy is helpless.

I just want a simple answer who gave them rights to doing all this.
For your reference please check the security camera timing between 9.30am to 10am..
Please take strict action against them. And someone please revert me.

My brother has been advised by the gastrology dr. To undergo some pathological tests of blood who's condition is critical. As per dr. Advise i have given my blood sample at sample collection center of opd situated at sms govt. Hospital jaipur.
The sample collector has advised me to collect my report from central lab of the hospital in the evening of 11 jan., 2019. When i will go there to collect the report, only one report was given and saying other samples are coming to our lab and tell me to come on late evening and i went late evening and tell me to come next day. I went on next day when i asked them then they tell blood samples clots while online status showing blood sample collected. There is no message or phone call to status the sample reports. He pays 700rs already and his economically conditions is not too good to test in private labs. My brother and his father goes in more trouble by this condition, their lots of time 3-4 days west and no result.

Please advice and help me out.

Dear sms team,
Today i have admitted a patient in ct male ward of sms hospital and found that sr. Resident dr. Tejkaran saini misbehaving with patients even myself also faced the same so many times whole day.
Limit is crossed in evening when dr. Tejkaran started shouting in ward and spoken roudly.
His behavior was just like a political leader not like a doctor. Even doctor openly challenging to make complaint where ever possible and given threatening to discharge the patient.
Sms management should have take appropriate action against doctor & make them bound for to speak sorry.
Behavior of a resident not even matching to his profession as well as not supports his carrier growth also.
Such type of doctors creating a bad atmosphere in hospital and not up to the mark of sms reputation.
Expecting strict action against the doctor as well as management should have start performance review of every staff on quarterly basis with daily feedback from patient/attendant for each & every staff members e. G doctors/nursing staff/house keeping/security.
Specially doctors which are going to serve their expertise to society are well behaved or not, if not then extension of degree till they make appropriate change in behavior.

Got them all tested Their disease is increasing daily.The doctor says Operation is not available because the goods are not fully available, there is no operation. That time we were faced your bad outsourcing service. All staff were ill mannered very rude and sometimes they screeching with public and shouting on them as well as a attended was beated by a security guard . lift operator said this is my lift I permit who will go n who will not. I said them i will complained against you then he said go and do anything you want to do ans i got the same answere From any your contact staff so i suggest you sir do somthing against there atrocities. I have been advised by the endocrinologist Dr. Sandeep Mathur to undergo some pathological tests of Blood. As per Dr. advise i have given my blood sample at sample collection center of OPD situated at SMS Govt. Hospital Jaipur. The sample collector has advised me to collect my report from central lab of the hospital in the evening of 19th Aug., 2010. On receipt of my report i found that the report of two samples out of three has not been reported and left with remark as "N.R./REPEAT".When i have contacted for explanation of the remarks i have been advised by the laboratory man that the respective samples may be misplaced or not reached at proper examination table hence i will be required to provide another sample on next working day.
In this regard i have requested to let me know what happend with my two blood samples which were reported lost but sorry to mention here that no body has given proper reply and also not provided me the contact no. of responsible person to whom i want to register my complaint.
when i contacted at the medical supritendent chamber i was attended by some person Dr. K. K. Mangal who was too much busy in gossips over mobile and attending his friends. He has also not interested to take action against the erring person on whose part the blood sample was missed.
kindly examine the whole case in the light of public interest which is directly related to life of individuals and let me know the name of that person on whose part the situation arised with details of punishments awarded to him. Please also take proper diciplinary action against the above mentioned Dr. Mangal to ensure not to take place this type of situations in future.
