Sms Packers And Movers Complaints & Reviews

We have booked for shifting materials on 30th of mar, 2018 from bangalore to another city in karnataka, they agreed to came at 6.00 am but they came at 11.00 am and finished the loading itself is 6.00 pm instead of 2.00 pm as agreed earlier. They collected 100% money as advance. Next day 12.00 pm it reached the said destination., the unloading was done by very unprofessional guys and nobody was rearranged/ refixed the things but they are agreed before taking the money.

I would like to share bad/worst experience with sms packers and movers, first of all, let me admit that i made the biggest mistake of hiring their services for my house shifting on may 1st week, these guys starting from the field engineers (Helpers) to the high end so called managers/executives are totally un-professional and very rude. They never ever honour your request they way handle the goods/items are highly at risk especially fragile things just forget it.
Generally they dump all your stuff in boxes and dump (Literally throw the boxes) at the destination and their job is done. While leaving they charge around rs 60 per box as the security deposit, which they claim that they will come next day or so to collect the empty boxes in my case i had quite a many boxes, they were couple of items due to shift at my house, those helpers literally promised that when they come tomorrow to collect the empty boxes they will also shift the two items left out (In my case it is just two houses away shifting so even i thought they are getting late for lunch i said fine) after then they never pick my calls, i need to call more than 10 to 12 times to remind for any appointment for the left never keep up the word nor they entertain your ask, they charge exorbitantly and on top of it the labours are just 3rd class labours they come mouth full of pan or gutka,, and what not... Stinking smell.
My suggestion is never ever opt for this sms packers & movers,,
Their labours demand high amount of tip, almost 25 to 30% of your amount shifting charging..in my case they charged 5, 000, their labours were literally like goons demanding 2000 as the tip, i don't know what is this culture of demanding the tip,
Most annoying thing is their complete ecosystem is like that, even the starting from field engineers to managers

Request to share it with all your friends/relatives to ensure they don't get into their services at all.

While carrying things these persons wont take care of your goods...just they want to shift for sake of money... But there no guarantee for your goods safety...Fridge ...there is no minimum safety.. While we are telling ..they act in front o[censored]s like they are doing good...but not so..
