I have order the watch from https://ragawatch.in/ from here & received the duplicate product there is no refund policy & privacy policy page. where I will complaint for same....

The user interface of the app is very bad.
There is no customer care number. There is no order history or any order tracking id.
I had chosen 12 photos to be printed which I changed with a different set during my final order placement. By some means the previously selected photos got printed and now they're just saying that it was my fault in placing the order while I had double checked my order before placing.

I've ordered a frame from snapstore on 15 july 2020. I've still not received my order or any information about it. I was informed on 4th august that my order was dispatched and they'll provide me tracking details soon. Thn after 7 days they gave me a contact number of dtdc courier and told to contact and ask my order status. When i called the courier person stated we've not received any order with this id. Order id-1: 315254 added 3 frames to cart under one order and paid 1137rs (I. E., 379 each)
