Stay away from snap60 because they dont deliver the products even if you win the auction or purchase the products. There is no way that you can contact them because they don not reply to mails, there is no address of their office in india and the us phone that they have given is never replied to. I have recently won a mobile handset of Nokia 5800 Xpress Music from snap60.com after using almost 39 bids and now when the product has been sent to my door, I am unable to find headphone inside the box. I have lodged the complain with their customer service department but still didn't get any feedback. Hope they are listening here.
