Return/Refund issue. No response from Snappicart
I have ordered a product from Snappicart few days ago. And the size of the product turns out to be wrong. I have gone through the refund/return policy of Snappicart where it was mentioned that the product is eligible to return within 4 days of receiving the product. I immediately wrote a mail to Snappicart requesting for initiating return as it was the only means to return a product as per Snappicart policy. It's been many days now there's no response from snappicart.

Product price: 1999/-
Please help in getting me my money back and return the product. I'm attaching the proof of my purchase below.

I ordered an item from snappicart on 21 june 2020.. I got the order on 25 june 2022 and i received the wrong item. On 23 june 2022 i got a call from one ARPANA SRIVASTAVA ( +[protected] and she called me to confirm the address.. Soon aftrr when i received the wrong item i called her back and like after 5-6 calls she picked up and i told her abt the problem and she said she will look into it and she cut the call.. I tried to contact them through the number which were given in there website and those numbers were not in use.. I mailed them about the samr.. For like 10-15 times.. Still no response from there side. Pls.. Someone.. Kindly do the needfull.

I have ordered a product on 29th august 2020 and did online payment. But till now i did not get any update from snappicart. Neither they are updating me nor refunding my money. I wrote email to snappicart but not getting reply from them. Now snappicart website is also not working.

Snappicart is fraud, All the product they are selling is fake and they are showing something different and giving something different. The quality is very low compare to the road side product quality.
Don't buy any product and return policy is also horrible.

First of all, We would like to say that we give proper attention to our each customer and always try to give best products but some of the customers put reviews without any reason even after giving the same products. We are known for our exclusive products that you wouldn't get anywhere and our 90% customers is completely satisfied with our products. We would like to inform you that It clearly mention on the site that some of the lingirie items exempt from being returned due to hygiene standards but customers still ask for refund and they put fake comments on such sites to defame the Company. We would like to inform our all existing customers and in future customers as well that all the comments on such site are completely fake. It's completely fake customer who has posted this kind of fake comments to defame our Company. We are investigating it and will take legal action against it. We urge our all existing customers & future customers as well to use their brain and not mind these kind of fake reviews or comments that are being posted in such website to defame the Company.

Very good quality products with wrong size and colour being delivered and the best part is that this company doesn’t even have a custom care number.

Don't buy anything from snappicart.
Try reading their return policies. It's humourous.
It's very natural to fall for the beautiful and promising product. But I ended up wasting my rs.1699/- as the item I received was nowhere close.
As these guys are not reverting, I could've compromised on quality and use it as I 've paid for it but because the size they've sent is wierd, item can't be used at all.
Beware guys. Don't let them fool you too.
We also would like to request consumer complaints to not showing up this kind of fake reviews.
