I order combo of two shoes but company scammed. My order not recieved. Even delievery details not recieved. I paid also 1398 rs and courier charge of 349rs.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and paid the amount via paytm. After paying that amount, i got the message that i had to pay an extra 349 due to covid restriction guidelines. After paying that, i found out that it is a fake website and i have been scammed. How do i get my refund?

Ordered shoes from here for 1799 paid delivery charges 99 and then they again asked for charges but could not received any response from their end totally a fraud

Hi all, Those who are cheated by sneakerscop website. Kindly know how I got my refund.

I first complained to my respective bank(HDFC) saying that I got cheated by a website and asked them to help me, They asked me to wait for 3 days to check whether I'm getting my refund in between or not. After 3 days that I didn't get my refund so, I again called my bank's customer care number and asked them to raise the complaint and then they transferred my call to the respective department and I asked them to raise a complaint and I also asked them to contact with beneficiary bank and they raised the complaint with the beneficiary bank(That fraud guy's bank). then I guess that fraud guy's bank enquired him about this and after that I think the guy might be scared and sent me the refund of 1400 but still 400 pending. This took me 20days to get this process done.

I have ordered a pair of shoes and on the home page they have asked delivery charges of 99/- after paid delivery charges + shoes amount again pop up come to pay extra 399/- delivery charges. They are doing completey fraud. Please dont order anything from them and circulate this message to your family & friends. So they can be aware about it.

I don't know how these kind of fraud sustaining in the market. Action should be taken against of them.

I purchased a bag and a shoe for 1398 and again they are asking to repay delivery charges I just lost my money .. pls stay away from these scammers n don't believe in their followers and page please don't buy anything from that website

I went to the website, selected 3 shoes and when I went to order the shoe, i paid the amount in paytm. But after that no order confirmation nothing came and i have been scamed by them. The contact no. is being switched off. No solution came out it...

They are looting people. Please ban this website ASAP. They taking money online through paytm and nothing delivering. They not even giving confirmation of order. After making payment again they ask for extra charge for delivering your product. They are befooling people opening and looking like hell. I dont understand which website, now a days we should believe or which not.

I've ordered 3 pair of shoes from sneakaerscop.co.in and paid the full amount of Rs.1898 on date 06/05/2022 including delivery charges, but till date my order has not been confirmed and even i didn't got any response from them.

Guys, lets all unite and report this insta account in fraud and scam, let their insta account remove...and not any other fell in the trap...

Same as Everyone I also was scammed by the same way they ask to pay first and the. No conformity
But I didn’t pay the extra Covid fees they charge
I was scammed for₹ 1500
I think Instagram should ban this page and the consumer Department should look into it
If you check the details of account its from Pakistan
So its a scam your are scammed
Just beware buying next time checking details before you buy

Sneakerscop is a online fraud, can we catch this type of fraudsters from their insta accounts

Recently i came to know that the sneakers cop website/instagram page is selling branded type shoes and sneakers for low price.
So I ordered two pairs of shoes .after paying the payment they asked for extra amount for shipping without informing before.
So I mailed them that I want to cancel order and get my money back.but their mail subsystem didn't allow my mail to send mails and their contact numbers also not working

I have see this shopping website on my instagram account so they are providing a branded shoes and sneakers. so i have shop two sets of sneakers in this website and send the payment 1008 rs in upi(google pay) so they are not able to conform after sending our payment process is completed... they are very well planned to cheated me and many of peoples so kindly pls resolved this issue...
