Sneha Township Complaints & Reviews

Sneha Developers which is led by N S Mukund is cheating people by promising sites. We were trapped by Vasudevan, GM of the company. We were told that N S Mukund is a very noted & trust worthy person as he is part of the CAF(Citizen Action Forum), Namma Bengaluru Awards commitee member, Save Bangalore Lakes Forum, etc. We had booked a site with Sneha developers, Padmanabhanagar, Bangalore in 2009. We were promised that the site would be registered in our name with in 3 months. They never registered the site & kept postponing by giving some or other excuses. Mr. Mukund(MD) is not visiting the office according to their staff & Mr. Vasudevan(GM) is absconding. When we asked for a refund of our amount, they started avoiding to meet in person or speak to us. My name is M.N.LAKSHMIPATHI. My Brother M.N. Sridhar, sister M.N.Lalitha and I invested money for sites at Bethengere as per the advertisement of M/s. Sneha Townships (Formerly Sneha Developers) in the year 2006. It is nearly 8 years and we have not got sites from Sneha Townships nor got our money back. In fact when we started pestering them for refund of our money along with interest, Mr. Mukunda issued cheques in the month of Jan 2014....

At the advice and assurance of N S Mukund and Vasudevan, We Nagaraj S karadi and BLS Karadi ivested money in the present Sneha Township which was earlier Sneha Developers way back in 2006 and 2007. They took our money by promising land i.e, plot of land for residence and continued to give false promises and even today i.e., as on 01.4.2014, they keep telling wrong things and cheated us as I come to believe Now, Now, it appearse thay have removed their advertisement in the net and also website, Shri Mukund is not available in office and he is not reachable in phone. Only one staff i.e., receptioninst takes the office call and gives some evading reply. We have no money now as it is locked up with Sneha. We wanted to invest in BDA Flats, Kaniminike Flats, but sneha is not returning our amount. I do not know How many such bogus Real estate Cos. are there in Bangalore. Hence, my experience with sneha at present is a nightmare, Any aggrieved like me can cal me on [protected] so that we can collectively do something to safeguard our money. I am alone, please help me. One person by name Pandri took initiative in the beginning and later found to have lost all the steam and the reason for this is not known. Please please call me to sole my problem or initiate some action or advice snaha to do the needful as promised by them while taking money. By Karadi

I am totally dissatisfied about sneha developer / sneha township.
I was taken for a site visit for Bethangera project phase 2 in Nov 2011. There was no development done. The manager vasudevan said that they will get the dc conversion in about 1-2 months and will had over the site in next 6 months. If they are not able to get converted in 6 months, they will pay back money with interest. I got into an agreement and made payment for 1 lakh along with 2500 for admin charges.
When i kept enquiring about status, they were just saying that dc conversion will happen in 15 days, next week etc.
Later they said they will not be able to get the entire land 15 areas convereted and only small portion 6 areas will be converted and will try to provide the site there instead of where i had choosen. I spite of all these, they were not able get the Dc conversion.
When i asked for return of money in Oct 12, they said as per agreement i have give 3 months time for them to return. Then i also discussed with their director narasimha murthy who confidently said that by next 2 days they will be able get the conversion done but i said i will give 15 days time else to return my money by Nov end. Nothing happened and they emailed me saying they will return before end of january 13. But even after January they did not return. I requested them but to no avail. I decided to file a notice against them for cheating me. I consulted my lawyer and issued notice to them on Feb 9th 13.

The manager Vasudevan will simply keep telling so much lies that he never keeps his words and these people are never bothered about customers.
